We had two of the Chef Edition 4 door flex. Loved the design but the ice maker freezes up and stops making ice.

The ice maker does n0t dispense ice.Poor quality control from the factory This should not have been shipped until fixed. Your team is coming to repair it.

We love the sleek look of this refrigerator. We recommend that if you buy please add to your purchase the extended guarantee. Ours stopped working after 13 months.

It's a beautiful fridge, but definitely not worth the price. It gets dirty immediately after you clean it; it's too small inside, but too bulky outside. It's definitely beautiful though!

Love this refrigerator. I really liked my previous Samsung fridge so I bought this one for my new home. My only complaint is fingerprints. It definitely shows prints. Also, I wish the soda stream Co2 cartridge was included. The ice cubes are smaller and the ice maker is small but I have a built in ice maker so that isn't a concern for me.

We purchased this unit in late 2017 and have had nothing but problems. The ice maker design is beyond bad, either freezing up, stops producing ice, or leaks water out of unit. We are now waiting for our second replacement. We also recently had an issue where a standing puddle leaks out each night. The technician came Tuesday this week and said it was due to the auto defrost cycle. He performed partial repairs and ordered parts and is not due back until July 28th. On Tuesday night the whole unit stopped working and we lost all of our food. We thought luckily we bought the 5 year extended warranty, but not so lucky after all. When calling Best Buy the initial response was to "let me give you the number to the 3rd party technicians we hired". My response was my warranty contract is with Best Buy, no one else. The Geek Squad rep was helpful and has tried to escalate within Best Buy. We are now on day 4 without feedback or a refrigerator. So much for my elite status and being loyal Best Buy customers for years. The best part of the whole story is that there are class action lawsuits against Samsung for the exact issues we are dealing with that have been going on earlier than when we purchased this unit. That means to me, Samsung does not care (read the reviews) and Best Buy knows it, but continues to profit on sales of known defective equipment and extended warranties which they drag their feet to take care of customers. Poor form on all fronts.

We've owned the side-by-side refrigerators, so this french-door design is taking so getting used to. Seems like lots more wasted space with all the flip shelves. Overall, absolutely love the look, the built-in stealth front display panel and the soda water dispenser.

It’s been serviced more than 8 times since we bought it. Ice maker has been replaced 3 times. Computer 2 times and other components as well. This is a definite lemon.

I will never buy ANY Samsung appliances EVER again. My refrigerator and dish washer have had to be serviced after just 3 years of owning, so buy the extended warranty if you want to gamble with getting Samsung appliances. Customer service is mediocre at best, I was told I would be contacted in 2 days and I instead had to call back 3 times before they contacted me again. I was told I cancelled by service ticket the day after I called, which was incorrect and ignorant. I was also never offered help or asked my issue I was given a price. All while my refrigerator is not keeping temperature so for the past week I have had to live off take out or frozen food. Don't waste your money or time.
