I will never buy ANY Samsung appliances EVER again. My refrigerator and dish washer have had to be serviced after just 3 years of owning, so buy the extended warranty if you want to gamble with getting Samsung appliances. Customer service is mediocre at best, I was told I would be contacted in 2 days and I instead had to call back 3 times before they contacted me again. I was told I cancelled by service ticket the day after I called, which was incorrect and ignorant. I was also never offered help or asked my issue I was given a price. All while my refrigerator is not keeping temperature so for the past week I have had to live off take out or frozen food. Don't waste your money or time.

Huge Fridge with very little room

My wife and I wanted the best fridge. I love Samsung products so went with their best. I have to say, I am very disappointed in the purchase. It is coming up on 1 year with it and I can't seem to like the fridge. The shelving configuration is terrible. You can't bet anything in it. Stuff gets pushed to back and my wife can't reach it. There is only one door that holds the condiments and space is limited. Ice maker is very cheap. Wish I could return it and get something else but I am stuck with the elephant.

Malfunctioned in 2-3 months

After just 3 months, it has malfunctioned.
The Water dispenser, Ice maker is constantly leaking water, even after shutting off the Water Inlet pipe. The temperature in the main Refrigerator is going 54 F and above. None of the controls are working and the lights inside the fridge keep going on and off.
After spending a long time with the technician to debug, her advice is to "Decrease the temperature" and wait for the technician to call you to schedule and appointment. A day later, another service representative calls to give a 1800 number of their third party Service unit to schedule an appointment. So much for a Chef Collection and Elite Service.

Excellent fridge but stopped working after 3 mos

Bought this chef collection with sodastream from best buy two and half mos ago on labory day. Worked perfectly until the lights started blinking and the compressor stopped cooling . Would not keep fridge at 35 F and freezer at -2 F. It constantly stays at 63F and condensed water is leaking and food going bad before thanksgiving day. Called Samsung CS and they asked to reboot but temp still not dropping and compressor not kicking in. Love to keep it if they can get a technician out to look at it within 24 hours but they told us at least 3 days. Hope samsung takes care of us. We love the fridge but need to be reliable.

Terrible ice maker!

While the refrigerator is a great unit, the ice maker is terrible. The ice cubes constantly get stuck while dropping from the freezing tray. You have to pull the collection bin and then chisel at the stuck icecube block until they fall. This is a weekly if not a daily chore. I have not found a fix for this problem.
