Nice computer, extremely fast. I was struggling between an iPad and the Chromebook. The main reason I decided to go for the Chromebook: full webpage visualization is as you would see on a desk/laptop computer when browsing. No 'mobile phone' annoying web pages versions. Nice touchscreen feeling/response. Main drawback: battery duration is less than I expected. Bottom line: I would give this computer 4.5 stars out of 5 because of the battery issue but that's not possible.

This chromebook works great for college, especially with google docs. Since it cannot play too many games, it is a nice way to reduce getting distracted. But it does play the games on the google store real well. Lightweight and easier to transport than a computer. The chromebook is able to do video chats as long as they are with small groups. Does not work well when you have to screen share on zoom calls. Has worked great for me since 2018.

Originally I purchased the Samsung Chromebook Plus around Thanksgiving and while I like the keyboard, appearance and use of the Plus, I was having issues with websites crashing on a regular basis. Was unsure why and checking on line boards no one was able to clarify why this was happening. Negatives of the Pro Chromebook: Speakers suck. Sound quality is weak. Lack of a backlit keyboard is a negative. USB C over any HDMI or USB Mini.... Build quality is good but its a Samsung so I am not holding my breath that it will be durable... After a period of time i returned the Plus and spent the extra $$$ for the Pro and I am glad I did. It has resolved most of the issues with regard to web site crashes. Its more stable and functional and I like the Black color over the Silver of the Plus. If I was debating between the Plus and the Pro, I'd go for the Pro. If I was deciding between a Chromebook and a Windows PC, I would go with the Chromebook. I had too many issues with SpyWare, Viruses and Crashes with Windows and rarely see any with this device. Again Pro over Plus, Pro over WIndows PC. Any ?'s

This is my second Chromebook. I love the hi-res screen on this thing. Also, it's extremely thin and portable. It's very fast and everything I've tried to do has worked great. I haven't used the stylus/pen much yet but I like that it's there if I want it. Only problem I had was that it was stuck in Demo mode (I bought an open box/display model) and it took an extra 30-60 minutes to wipe it out and reload ChromeOS.

I purchased this for my wife as a replacement for her work laptop. Aside from a very minimal learning curve (how to access downloaded files, smaller backspace key) my wife jumped right in and has been extremely happy with the screen, build quality, and overall performance. The included pen which stores neatly inside the unit has been Pleasant to use but could definitely used more functionality (like the ability to cut out a screenshot). The fact that it has a type c on either side of the unit has been of boomed for convenience and charging, Etc.

Love my chromebook. Bought this in addition to my iMac. I was worried I wouldn't like since I'm generally an Apple person but so light, has all the apps you need and easy to use. Touch screen makes it a winner for my husband. Would definitely recommend

I bought this for my wife to replace an Android tablet. She likes that she can use it as a tablet or laptop depending on the situation. It runs most Android apps very well, although there are some apps which are not compatible. The battery life is great and the screen is very nice .

The Samsung Cromebook is easy to use. Moreover, you can use the apps of android phone on the Cromebook. I did not purchase the one with the backlit keyboard, but it is something that I do not use much even current other notebook, so it is fine with me. The only complaint is the stylus works great but if you put your palm on the touchscreen, a straight line from your palm touching point to the stylus location shows up, in other words, to draw correctly, you need to put your palm not touching the screen: this means it is difficult to write. If samsung update this issue, it will be great. Moreover, I was not able to find method to write comments(draw) with stylus on Google spreadsheet. The pen is somewhat limitted in function.

I’m very happy with this Chromebook. I wanted something to use for writing, and searches, and knew from experience that I didn’t need a laptop. I did my research and decided on this one. Like a few people who have written reviews, I had a problem with my first purchase. I charged it up, set it up, used it for an hour or so, and then it shut off and refused to turn back on. I took it back to Best Buy. They weren’t able to revive it either. I was ready to try a different model, but the salesman confirmed that for the price range I wanted to stay within, I really had the best Chromebook available. I’ve been using my replacement for over a month now. It works perfectly, and I’m very happy with it.

This has a great resolution and works as a laptop, tablet and android device. The screen quality is great for watching movies. The touchscreen with pen is great for tablet use and taking notes and it also can be used as a standard laptop with good battery use.

I was ISO a 2-1 laptop that was also touchscreen and fell in love with this one. It's sleek and lightweight, and very fast. It gets a little hard getting used to a Chromebook and not having a Microsoft program, but once you figure it out it's amazing!

The screen is the real star of this Chromebook. Great viewing angles and gets bright for outdoor use. The battery life leaves me wanting more and the keyboard is a bit cramped because of the 3/2 format.

Great storage size, it's touch screen for updated technology and it's sleek.

Excellent computer. The 16:10 aspect ratio with the screen size really helps make this computer feel a little bigger than it actually is. The screen is bright and has great colors. It's the same resolution (2400 x 1600) and aspect ratio as the Pixelbook. Really, the only downsides to this computer are the keyboard and speakers. The keys feel cheap and some aren't full-sized. The speakers are small and not very loud, but both of those negatives are to be expected on a machine that is less than $450

This Chromebook costs more than a lot of other Chromebooks, but is definitely worth the money for the extra features. The touchscreen works well and having the included pen is a very nice bonus for screen capture, creating a note, and using as a magnifying glass or laser pointer. The high resolution screen is also very good. My experience with this Chromebook is that it is fast and never bogs down. It also runs android apps as an added bonus. The slot for an SD card will keep you from running out of storage space.

Bought this after we lost everything to a fire. Awesomely impressed with the ease of use. Screen quality is amazing! It's super fast starting up, and very impressive upload & download data speeds!!

This little laptop is powerful and a great option for a home computer. It does not require the purchase of virus protection or document software which keeps the cost down. Easy to use and lightweight to carry.

This is the best chromebook out there. My wife needed something simple to use and fast. Also, with a long long batter life. This was it. Its sleek and compact.

This is a great chromebook for the price. It is slim, very portable, feels solid and has been working great so far. The only bad thing is that they do not make these any more.
