Easy to install and WiFi works well in most of the living space

My wifi got better when I insulated this router...works great

Very easy to set up for Appie iPhone, iPad and PC.

i had poo signal in basement while my modem was at 2nd floor. now i am getting 150mb for service speed of 300mb.

I bought this for a new home we recently purchased, about 4000 sq ft on 2 floors. I first tried a high end router with a repeater but still had a lot of dead spots, but this mesh system eliminated all dead spots and even provides wi-fi access outside the home. This is an awesome system!!

The samsung connect home does a good job of being a smart hub and wifi extender

Great device that connects all my samsung devices to smart things.

Im very happy with this product with my kids using multiple systems at once there is no lag in the internet service.

I purchased these to replace an older Cisco UC wireless environment. Once installed they worked fine. The problem was the installation and the lack of platforms to manage them from. I work in the industry and found them difficult to install - it took 5 try's and could only be managed from my phone. Samsung needs to make this easier - DHCP Address connect to them - manage them from a browser function on any platform.

great for the wifi for short term rental. Everyone is used to good internet and wifi connections and this fits perfectly.

I have the Samsung Connect now for about 2 months. At first I thought it was a breeze to set up and configure and add home automation devices. There were some problems (devices becoming disconnected for no apparent reason, the app freezing up after inputting a command like turning lights on) and limitations (no support for NEST or TP-LInk for example), but I thought that Samsung was a huge player and would eventually get these problems would be resolved, such as no support for some items, limited functionality for others. Today when I woke up, all of my devices were "Disconnected". I have no idea what happened last night, no power outage, no software update, no idea! The problem of devices becoming disconnected I thought was limited to my two brand new Samsung so-called "Smart TVs". After trying repeatedly to reconnect my devices, none of them would reconnect, so I decided after about two hours of futility, to do a hard reset and reconnect all of my devices: Phillips Hue Lights, Google Home, Alexa, Schlage lock, TVs, and Audio soundbar. When I tried to disconnect the Schlage lock, it just wouldn't drop from the screen of the Connect app. Called customer support and they were at a lost after nearly an hour of trying everything they could. So I moved on and tried to reconnect my Phillips Hue and now that will not reconnect. Again another hour on the phone with customer support and no resolution, just a tech reading from a script and reassuring me that she understands my frustration (I highly doubt it!). So they have "escalated" the problem, but since its Friday I won't get a response until Monday at the earliest. Needless to say I am less than satisfied with my purchase at this point.

The Samsung Connect Home router is not ready for prime time. It is impossible to get advertised contention speeds. The router has hard time to keep devices online. Advanced router configuration options are not available. The Samsung Connect app is also half baked and does not offer all Smart Things functionality. I do not recommend this product.

Such a great product, I highly recommend it. You won’t won’t be Disappointed.

The router is reliable and works well throughout the house. Easy set up too!

I thought I was able to use it as a wireless bridge. I couldn't get it to work. Very limited .

I had to replace my old router in my home then I came across this great looking device. price was ok as I was thinking about installing SmartThings smart home. I like how it fits into my minimal looking furnitures and had no major issue with set up or performance. I was even able to connect my Alexa !
