Easy to install. Had to call customer service, discovered my phone wasn't compatible, so just used my son's phone to complete set up.

I’ve tried every WiFi router you can imagine. Nothing has even come close to this router. I have a 2 story 1600 sq ft home and the signal does not drop off anywhere in the house.

We didn't end up using the wi-fi router that was provided with our TV. The wi-fi router we have now has more ports so I can't really give an accurate review of this product.

Easy to use and setup. Does exactly what is says it does. easy to add and setup another hub to your prexisting one

Got this as a gift and didn’t think much of it but once connected it definitely delivered

This router came free with my Samsung TV purchase and is able to keep the house “connected” at all time.

I tried setting it up but could t get it to work as of yet. I may be doing it wrong though.

This product was free with a large purchase we made, but it has worked great for us.

so far this baby is working great. i had replaced my old ac1700 router with this one. many options you can do with this thing. great i say just great.

Whole home Wi-Fi system was a free add in. It is still in the box.

This was “free” with the purchase of each Samsung TV recently. It is of little value without expensive additional purchases of smart control devices.have two still in box.

With a home full of technology from all five of us adults, you can only imagine what bandwidths we use. My prayers have been answered: An app hub for the home! I call it an “app hub for the home” in a sense I call my smartphone the hub for my apps! Samsung has some big ambitions for this app, however. Apart from managing the Wi-Fi network it will also enable users to manage -- including the setup process -- Samsung-branded smart household devices, ranging from cameras to large appliances. The router also works as a hub for Samsung's SmartThings home automation system, and the app will let you program and control SmartThings-compatible devices from third-party product makers. Since Samsung acquired SmartThings in August 2014, this is the first time Samsung has united its own connected large appliances with SmartThings-compatible products in the same hub hardware and support application. SUMMARY: I like the unit, as it is low profile and hooks up easily, but the real test comes when I hook up my video door bell next week and my Samsung Smart TV is installed. No juggling for remotes or hub remote. All right from the smartphone. It’s an app hub for the home! I get great coverage through out my home and all the family members are happy.

It's an ok router. It's average. Nothing out of this world or extordinary about it. You get what you pay for.
