I am enjoying the product but wish it was a little easier to get to my apps. Picture and screen quality is outstanding...

I love this tablet. Its a great cross between a tablet and a laptop. Functioning back and forth between laptop and tablet works amazingly great.

This all in one has made switching from carrying a laptop and a tablet phenomenal. Only thing I would be prepared for is the only porta that it does have is USB C. You can grab a adapter for cheap, and never tell the difference.

Overall pretty good tablet, but the resolution is pretty low quality and the s pen isn't as intuitive as it is on the note phones.

This is my first tablet and really like it. It is thin, light and the keyboard and stylist are really nice. The picture quality is outstanding and operates very smoothly. I have a Samsung S8 Plus and using the Samsung Flow with the table is great. Battery life is very good and the sound quality is good as well. I recommend this tablet.

I purchased this instead of a surface pro. Overall the device fits my needs (basic browsing and Netflix). My only complaint is the "stand" is the cover of the device. If it had an integrated stand like the surface pro, I'd give it five stars.

I bought this 12" Samsung 2 in 1 because it is exactly what I need. It's compact profile allows me to carry it in my backpack anywhere I go. It allows me to multitask fairly well despite only having 4gb of ram. The screen is amazing and the pen let's me jot down quick notes any time. If you want a more powerful laptop I recommend looking elsewhere but it is perfect for my needs.

I was looking for a reasonably priced boombox with Bluetooth, and this was the one. I have had the same model before without Bluetooth, and was pleased with it.

I would like to say Samsung does it again. I will say the all in one outplays the older laptops from 2014 and 2016 from Walmart and or other retailers. best thing I would have to say that makes it that way is the battery lasts longer then your avg laptop while gaming (not plugged in charging), as well as the ability to have a dual bandwidth wifi component is very nice to have. most laptops as of 2016-early 2017 barely have enough juice in them to last 30 mins on any game or movie or streaming anything. the wifi built into most laptops only read 2.4 ghz bandwidths from any modem or wifi router. (this is in my experience and research on the laptops in the store looking up wifi card specs on my phone. I would say the galaxy book is the direction most laptops need to now move towards if they wanna keep up. the battery for me playing say world of Warcraft or creativerse last me roughly 3 hrs of game time for each ... which most laptops if you watch a movie or play games you end up just having it plugged in so you dont get interrupted with a power drain, which causes the battery to lose overall life being plugged in all the time. so its a bonus to be able to play longer, stream longer, and have great wifi on the galaxy Book

Truly the best all in one Windows pc tablet I've ever seen. This is my 2nd one. I have the 256gb sdd 8gb ram as well. I love the size and power of this device. Samsung has a strong influence on my things. But this is the best and only device I've had from them that I can't find a complaint about.

great computer. too much machine for the average user. it was fast and the computerr itself is impressive. returned only bc it did not connect well with other samsung devices or google. not compatible with google play and windows apps are non existant for my needs. transferring data was not an option and couldnt connect calandars or email with windows operating system. major complaint is only that a galaxy named device is not exacting galaxy

I like Samsung Galaxy Book. It works as promised. It does well for the internet and computing in the cloud. Internal memory is a challenge and the purchase of a sd card is a must. The fact that the pen and cover/keyboard is included in the price is nice. But you have to be careful using this on your lap because it can fall off easily. The battery life is strong. Applications like Samsung Flow and Samsung Sidesync still need a lot of work but that is another story.

I have had great luck with Samsung products (S Pen) in the past. Unfortunately, this was a horrible experience. Couldn't calibrate or modify it in any way. Ended up using it in for a Surface Pro 4.

Nice product. I love it's flexibility and the processing features.

We found setup easy and was able to use quickly for apps we wanted.

I wish I would of gotten this computer sooner. It's so compact and I can take it on my travel to keep in touch.. Kudo to the company for an amazing product that is easy to use

Making the change from a 10" Android tablet to a 12" MS, complicated but worth it, and the screen, amazing

I love this machine, I like the size of the screen and it's much faster than my older Galaxy tablet. The keyboard is really nice. I'm also enjoying the pen that came with it.

I was able to get the floor model for this Galaxy Book and have been very pleased with it. It has enough processing power to run multiple browser and Office programs at the same time while playing movies in the background. Related, I will be buying more of Best Buy's refurbished and gently used items. The only difference I could tell compared to a brand new product was a sticker on the outside packaging that had been removed and left some residue and a bit of thumb use on the trackpad. The computer itself runs just like a new one and easily justifies the nearly half off price reduction.
