Always such a pleasure shopping at Best Buy. Great experiences with very patient staff members who take the time with my needs. Yesterday at the Port Charlotte location I spent almost an hour with one associate who was knowledgeable and a pleasure.

It is an excellent laptop for daily use, fast and efficient its energy consumption is very low and its LED screen is of excellent quality, it is very thin and easy to take anywhere, for the university it is perfect, its touch screen works very well to the touch.

I love this laptop! It lives up to it's galaxy heritage. Very fast, well made, exceptional battery life, Great display, Touchscreen, lite, Thin. With the specs this laptop has, this could replace your desktop computer, just hook it up to a wireless keyboard and mouse, and a monitor and you could totally use this as your only pc.

Excellent computer for everything that i use it for. I predominantly use it for emails, paperwork, and streaming. My gf's daughter uses it to play SIMs. Neither of us have an any issues at all. Im very happy with this product!

Good build quality, battery life is decent. While cannot trust it to handle higher demand games, can handle lower need asks. Screen view is a nuisance sometimes, the angles of visibility are narrow and the color balance seems off on my unit

I use this for my online schooling. Its petfect for every need. I also have multiple sims games loaded on it and theres stil plenty of dtoeage space. The touch screen is great for many school assignments.

So far nothing bad to say about this laptop! I just needed an everyday laptop to browse internet, pay bills, do some minor invoicing, spreadsheet tracking, etc. This fit the bill perfectly. Lots of storage, good size screen and lightweight.

Fast speed Love the touch screen and numerical buttons on side for fast adding, It is also very light weight. The battery charges fast, The display is very clear also.

Great pc with 16 gab memory and 512 go ssd storage. I wanted a numeric keypad on the keyboard and the only item this doesn’t have is a backlit keyboard. Overall a great price for this type of performance

Outstanding laptop. Plenty fast, portable, sleek and does the job. I needed something for web surfing, portability, that had decent power and this hits all the highs. No regrets on this purchase.

The Samsung laptop itself is a Great machine. The screen, keyboard and overall design are very nice. I like the key/number pad on the right of the keyboard and, considering the size of the screen, the entire unit is extremely light. I do not care for a lot of the software changes that Microsoft has made, but that has nothing to do with my laptop design. Do yourself a favor, Do NOT sign up for their 2 year service, all inclusive warranty, repair, maintain your products agreement. Although it may save money to some degree, over all, there is no special treatment, no faster responses or assistance, in fact, the CS seems to be either exactly the same or somewhat More attentive to their regular customers, as opposed to those of us who paid the $200 for the 'service'.

Very pleased with this laptop. It's fast and reliable as well as lightweight. Display is excellent. The battery doesn't last quite as long as I'd like but it does charge up fast.

When i mean one of the best laptop for school I mean it with the convenient touch screen easy to type keyboard.. with tricks to find things easy
