This is a great laptop all around, I spent a long time debating which latptop to get. A BestBuy Associate came over to me and led me to the laptop I needed for my use. He was very knowledgable towards the laptop and this laptop is filled with technology for the price!

Purchased this for my daughters birthday. She loves it and takes it everywhere with her. I'd recommend getting a warranty just in case of any accidents. I did and of course she dropped it and the screen cracked. Good thing I got the warranty =)

Really enjoy almost everything about this laptop. As noted in previous comments, the fingerprint security button is somewhat awkwardly placed, but other than that it’s easily one of the best laptops I’ve ever owned. And it’s very light and easy to transport.

This is a really nice, well built laptop. My son loves it, light enough to be carried everywhere and the transition from a laptop to tablet is seamless and doesn’t feel like the hinges will break. I almost wanted the laptop for myself. Kudos to Samsung.

The computer is not heavy and is easy to handle. Touch screen works seamlessly and effectively. Good battery life and pretty fast processor. The QLED technology is amazing and the image is crisp and vibrant.

The screen has to be one of the best that I have seen on a laptop. I have owned a newer MacBook Air and this laptop’s screen compares equally in my opinion. If we examine power, function and price — this 2-in-1 is a no brainer at $649.99. Enjoy!

I bought this laptop in preparation for grad school. I'm very pleasantly surprised and how much tech is packed into this laptop for the price. I'm not very techy but this fits all my needs. Super duper portable but still big enough to get everything you need done.

I purchased a HP and returned it due to slow performance and a very loud fan. This laptop is sleek, compact and quiet. I almost passed this up because I was leaning towards a 15in. So glad I didn't. Its the perfect size and has blown my expectations away.

High quality laptop at a great price point, the material and speed for this price is unbeatable, I was cross shopping this with a few other “premium” options and this is no doubt the best value. It was a no brained purchase for the specs at this price point.

I'm particularly pleased with the screen resolution and battery life. I'm still struggling with the keyboard -- my cursor seems to jump off-course easily and I'm constantly repositioning it. So far, I haven't located a port where I can connect my earbuds. Still searching...

I love this computer!! When turn on the computer is fast and easy to use. The screen is seen perfect. The best of the computer is very light to carry, that make more easy for travel with it and is not very big. The computer battery last long.

I really like this little laptop. Super portable and it’s the thinnest 2 in 1 out there for the price. It feels very high end. The only downsides I’ve found so far is that the usb c port is not thunderbolt 3 and the Samsung S Pen does not work in this.

I just swapped over from a 2-in-1 Chromebook for college as it wasn't compatible with many needed programs (i.e: lockdown browser, Kaltrua, etc.). It has been perfect, works with many different online storages, programs, lightweight and great battery!

Been a great laptop for all of my needs. Basic clerical, editing, travel, movies, all around do all computer. Solid battery life, image clarity, and very feature rich for the price..

I bought this laptop because I needed a laptop for work and the software needed wasn't compatible with my mac. Overall it is a nice laptop and gets the job done. However, every once in a while it will go to sleep and will not wake back up. When this happens I have to hold down the power button and essentially reboot the computer. It is handy for me, but I would not buy this again. I have been a devoted mac owner for years and this laptop has helped enforce it. While I know I could have bought the next model up, it seemed unnecessary when I only need to use this laptop a few times a week. Ultimately, if you can purchase a model up I would encourage you to do that.

I bought one last november for myself and it was an excellent choice,so this most recent purchase was for my wife who loves it, her 5 yr old HP took for ever to startup. This new samsung is even faster than mine. Also has a beautiful screen.

This is hands down the best laptop I have ever had. Picture quality is outstanding, battery life is the best I’ve ever seen. I’ve had other laptop/tablets in the past and nothing comes close to this. Especially for the price!!!!

Amazing lap top for students, easy to use, great quality. My daughter loves it, she wanted an apple macbook but when she got this one she literally falled in love with it. She likes the fact that you can turn it into a tablet and the touch screen.

good thermals and performance great software from Samsung and great size however fit and finish was not on par with Samsung quality my body had warped and best buy almost didnt take it back as a return would have kept it but decided to upgrade to a dell xps

Great laptop easy to use, light, great battery, screen resolution, can be use as tablet too for a good price feels really good like if it was a over 1000 dollar Laptop, came with a free antivirus definitely a good purchase.
