Great product! The picture quality of the screen is exceptional. Enjoying the new features. This one replaces a laptop that I had for years, so there is some catching up to do to learn the new stuff.

I bought this for my 12 year old for his birthday. He loves it and I am also using it at times. Love the bright screen and how light it is. It also is pretty cool you can use it as a tablet as well.

Love as a laptop and a tablet. Great picture too. Very light and easy to use. Just perfect for paying bills, did my taxes basic surfing and computer work. Great for streaming, zoom, etc. Very Happy !

We went into Bestbuy to “look” at computers. We were so impressed with our salesman, Titus (I believe that is how you spell his name) we ended up buying the computer and an iPad. He let us look and try out different computers asking us questions so he could guide us on the right direction. Great experience once again. Our family enjoys this Bestbuy in Carmel they are always there to help, but do not push you into buying. Thank you!

Bought it for my 75+ year old sister-in-law. Easy to use and compact. Nice weight and styling. It is all she needs and more. The multi function (Laptop, tablet etc.) is very handy for her as she is a seamstress and cook.

Superb and I am not tech savvy! Screen colors and clarity are fab. Set up was a breeze because as soon as you turn it on, a voice comes on and walks and talks you through it, including features.

This is honestly the very first laptop I've bought brand new and I'm very happy with it. Its sleek, light, I can open the screen one handed seeing as I'm disabled on one side. It connects to my Samsung phone super quick and easy and I can manage everything off one device. I'd recommend looking into this laptop first before dropping some serious money on a more expensive unit. It loads quickly, its very user friendly and easy to set up. It's very easy to take on the go and setting up a printer was a breeze to. The processing system is incredibly fast and it has a lot of memory.

The Samsung Galaxy is exactly what I wanted. It is lightweight and easy to move. The pictures are sharp and the color is intense. The audio and pictures on Zoom more than met my needs.

As always Samsung comes through with a sleek product that is easy to use. Screen quality is great! Feels comfortable when using laptop. I give it 5 stars!

I already had a QLED tablet from Samsung and I knew that in spite of the slightly smaller screen I would get better legibility and better colors. the unit does not disappoint. the wake up speed is great and the fingerprint reader is a godsend. I would have liked a rocker switch for sound. the case is great, gives an impression of sturdiness in spite of the light weight. I have not tried the stylus I really do not need it. All in all a great purchase for its utilization and a wonderful picture.

Great little laptop. Easy to use, very portable and has a backlit keyboard with adjustable brightness. Graphics are great and I really like the finger print ID touch pad for instant access.

Beautiful looking laptop with a great screen. Laptop has a premium build feel to it and it is very light . It doesn't run as hot as I thought it would. My only complaint would be no USB C charging.

I don't know if it was me, the computer itself or the employee that set this computer up for me, but this laptop was a nightmare from the start. I feel I'm somewhat tech savvy, but I'm no computer genius, which you must have to be to own this. I struggled with it for 11 days before returning it for a Mac. I did like that it had touch screen and I bought the pen to use with it which was nice, and I also liked how small and lightweight it is. But, I couldn't access the camera which I needed to take a test for school. After hours of internet searching and stressing, I was able to download Samsung settings which allowed me to turn off restrictions for the camera. Super annoying, especially when I paid to have Best Buy set everything up. I also had a hard time with the Microsoft accounts. I had to create an account but then it would not recognize the email I had JUST created. Then it asked for other emails and before I knew it I had 5 accounts on there and couldn't delete them. The "admin" account was linked to an email I didn't even have. If you have a typo it's impossible to change. It was a mess. Though I liked how lightweight it was, it did feel a little cheap and I HATED the keyboard. Hard to explain but the key placement seemed "off". I know I would have gotten used to the keyboard eventually but after everything else I went through I didn't want to deal with it anymore. I will say Best Buy is pretty awesome for giving you 2 weeks to bring things back. That I am grateful for.

Great screen, fast and compact! All we needed in one laptop. Extremely happy with the performance and price. Wanted to purchase a second but they sold out. Definitely a great deal!

Slim, fast, way to use. Can flip like a tablet and I love that the screen can go portrait or landscape mode. Just what I needed for basic word/excel/email work. Price was great as well.

I love my laptop and love the convenience of it's size an that it is lightweight. It has been easy to setup an sync with my phone, it was a little pricey but well worth the money

Love this laptop and it can fold back like a tablet. Its lightweight and a nice colorful bright screen. You can sink it with your phone as well. Just a really great laptop.
