    I had a problem immediately with the microphone. People on zoom meetings could not hear me but I could hear them. I had someone from the geek squad online work on it for 45 minutes and he told me it was complete. But on my next zoom meeting they still couldn’t hear me. I took it directly to the store on Tunnel Road and the guy there fixed it while I waited. So far I’m very satisfied with the results.

    Replaced my old Macbook with the ports and disc drive that no longer comes on most laptops. This is a sharp screen, needed ports and ability to attach an external disc drive without spending a fortune on dongles. I'm not a fan of the variations presented to access applications and files using Windows as compared to Mac OS but I'm learning to turn things off in settings.

    This laptop is the perfect minimalist laptop. Thin, decent build quality, and quick for basic tasks (downloads, web browsing, videos, etc). My only complaints are that its WIFI range could be better and there's a tiny part on the side of the frame that became unbonded and is no longer exactly straight. Overall, fantastic value purchase for your every day needs with minimal compromises.
