    I bought this computer for my work. Great little laptop. I only have one word of advice. Do not store this thing in your check in package. I did. My computer still works but it got mangled and the touch screen no longer works. Still a fine computer.

    This laptop does everything asked of it fairly well - my only complaint is the Samsung bloatware is ridiculous! Samsung basically copied a bunch of normal windows apps for no apparent reason. Took over an hour to clean up the laptop.

    Laptop has easy setup, it's fast, light weight, and includes a ton of premium features. I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it packs so much bloatware out of the box and it has a giant blue fingerprint scanner on the keyboard that looks out of place. Other than that I really do recommend this laptop, it's decently specced and looks to be high quality

    We were looking for a computer that had an amazing screen and accessibility to military CAC, both of these were accomplished amazingly! The screen is clear and “pretty”, and compared to other computers I’ve used, ease of access to my CAC, is flawless!

    Samsung laptop is a very average product. Nothing special about this one. 1. Flimsy screen. Picks all vibrations from the base. 2. Not compatible with S Pen. One has to use those aftermarket rubber ball type pens to write on it while in tablet mode. 3. The QLED screen takes in a lot of glare. The very few things good about this one is its lightweight and specs are good for its price.

    Perfect for my needs. Only negative is that the sales guy said once I received my credit card statement , I could bring the receipt back to adjust for the 10% credit earned for opening the credit card which was not actually true.

    So far I love it. Super fast boot up. Great look and design. Haven’t used it to edit photos yet but I imagine it will be just fine. Can’t speak to long term reliability but my experience with many different types of Samsung products over the last 20 years tells me it should be great!
