Pretty awesome, but doesnt let you rid samsung bloatware, and the graphics card suddenly updated and no longer runs fortnite about 1 fps speeds (and can not revert to older without root).

Loving it. Have been using a macbook for over 15 years, and made the switch to microsoft with this laptop. Easy change. Saved so much money. Love the key touch, and the use of the pen with the tablet. Only negative is that this particular model does not come with a pen or a pen holder.

I purchased this laptop for my middle school daughter's birthday and she loves it! The size is compact without sacrificing a bright, detailed screen. I wouldn't have purchased it if it wasn't on sale, but I'm glad that I did. Hopefully it will last her all the way through middle school at least.

Has been such a great experience having a Samsung laptop when I’ve always had a apple laptop. Samsung has many things on there new laptop and I’m impressed!

Got it for a great price definitely worth the money

I really like it so far. Its fast enough and does all my Work Needs on the go. I wouldnt get anything less then an I5 chip to do most of your work. Because you do need some processing power to keep your cloud drives running fluid and programs running good on the go.

We purchased this laptop for our grand-daughter to help her with adjusting to the remote at-home-schooling as she moves through her 8th grade courses. We feel that as she moves through even more challenging courses, she needs equipment that will support the various communication needs.

With current events I knew I needed a laptop my daughter can rely on. After much research I came across this one and read great things. With the ability to use like a tablet she can also use it to draw in her free time. Perfect all around computer for school, drawing, and Minecraft.

Needed a device for high-schooler and had zero interest in using school’s subsidized chrome-book. Fair specs for the price (on sale) and performed flawlessly in few months usage. Battery life is amazing. No charger needed in an already overburdened backpack.

This is a sleek looking laptop with a vibrant display. I loved the small size factor and portability. But, like other laptops this size, the lid was giggly and I just couldn't stand it shaking as I typed or traveled, so I returned it. I did not try games, etc.

I bought the 15 inch Samsung laptop and enjoyed it quite well with its big screen, but I bought this one after selling the other and see small differences between the two. This laptop has a better and easier transition for typing on the keyboard, and doesn't have a huge difference in the processor.

Pros: Fantastic QLED screen, good processor, number of ports and super light weight. Great for entertainment and work! Not so great (but you can live with): Under firing speaker, bit shallow keyboard, no USB-C charging

My wife likes her computer but the keyboard does not stay lit. Apparently this is a frequent complaint and issue with Samsung Galaxy books. She is able to a standard stylus for the touch-screen but I will probably purchase a Bamboo pen for school. Oherwise, computer works fine.

This is a wonderful computer! It is very user-friendly, and colorful. I had no difficulties setting it up, and it is much easier to transport. I like the programs it offers, as well as the pictures that are used for the screen backgrounds.

Great battery life, does not come with the s pen as it says in the manual. When you don't touch it for a while it freezes.

Grea bit having to buy an Office Suite Access card on top that wasn’t recorded on my receipt means I’m forced to use word pad. Not a happy camper about that. Word should be included on every new computer in 2021. The computer is good overall

I am still learning to know and locate most of the features in . It is working properly , the speed is okay but still has problem trying to figure out where the audio's recorder is. I need help to know if it has this feature please. The camera is working well too.

Computer is nice enough. Small and fast. Keyboard takes some getting used to. One disappointment comes from the questions section of the Best Buy site. States that the Bamboo ink stylus can be used with this computer. It cannot. If it can, I would love to know how. Best Buy even recommends the pen as an accessory to go with this computer. I am disappointed and frankly would have paid more for that ability. I will update this review should someone be able to let me know how to make this happen.

The lap top is easy to use, sufficiently powerful for my requirements. The major interest for most people is that it can be charged to last over eight hours which is quite beneficial when you don’t have access to a power outlet.
