Great quality and easy to work product. Would highly recommend. Very low battery power it will die quickly which is the only downside. It has a quick start up and not many updates. So it is quick and easy to use

Was on the edge between a house or Samsung. This laptop is great. I upgraded from a model that should be considered an antique! Really easy to set up and add other programs. It is the best I’ve owned yet.

The device itself was nice, had the majority of everything was looking for. The problem was the camera device driver was not properly installed when I bought it and even though it was faulty I was told I would have to pay extra to have it fixed. I basically was told There was nothing the store would do to help Unless I either paid to fix it or paid to have a new one shipped in and go 3 weeks without a computer.

this replaced a MS Surface that was slow to boot and under powered. great replacement, quick boot and lightening fast wifi.

This my wife laptop. She is happy with it. The fact that is a 2in1 is very convenient around the house. She loves it. Of course, Samsung is great

Love love love this is a sweet sexy sleek laptop/tablet only thing wish it came with the pen. I love that it connects to my cell and when I am on it I can answer watsapp msg or scroll through my fone on screen.

This is my first Samsung laptop after being recommended by a friend who has another version. It is the smallest laptop I've owned to date. Months later and it still boots up fast. Slick and beautiful.

I love Samsung products and this laptop works really well. My only issue is that the keys on the keyboard are kind of shallow. But other than that, I think this is a great product
