    I am happy to have a new laptop. My old laptop (a Toshiba) lasted a long time but was slowly quitting. Best Buy has always been a great place for my to purchase my electronics!

    works amazing really fast long battery life but two big issues. The camera quality is horrid for the price u would think it wouldn't be grainy anymore like the back in the day Webcam, the second problem is that it says it is stylus compatible the stylus s to be specific but no one can seem to figure it out. Call samsung they say it should work call best buy they say the same thing, but it doesn't so have no idea whats going on there

    Previous computers I owned would eventually break at the hinges. The hinges on this model are made stronger. The monitor is Sharp and the color is Bright and Clear. Loads up fast.
