Love everything about this computer my only complaint was that the screen was kind of flimsy so when you pick it up it would fall backwards like it was going into the tablet.

Thought I was getting a good computer at a good price but I was wrong computer didn’t come with recovery software and broke two months after I purchased. Next time I’ll shop around before buying another computer. Seems like Best Buy isn’t the place to buy laptops last time I bought one I left it to get all the programs installed and when it got stolen the geek squad Couldn’t find my invoice and I lost a $3000 laptop

I would definitely recommend this laptop. It is fast and easy to use. The only negative is that the finger opening should have been made wider.

Never purchased a Samsung laptop very pleased with this product would recommend to a friend or family member, have no problem with this product so far.

Decent Value, with ssd and 8 gb of ram it moves pretty good and it has a decent brushed steel case unlike other budget laptops are usually made with plastic.
