This is a decent laptop for the price. It seems well built with an aluminum chassis. The only two things I would improve would be 1, the keyboard layout. It is a bit cramped, and the nibs on the F and J keys aren't prominent enough. I find myself having to look for both keys to find my home position. Because of the way the keys are shifted over to the side, simply centering your hands doesn't naturally land them in the proper position. Yes, I learned on an IBM Correcting Selectric typewriter so I actually value a proper layout. The second thing is the power cable connection. It is an extremely tiny pin type connection that just doesn't give me a lot of confidence in it's quality. We will see how that plays out in a few years.

Sleek, great battery life, works great, fast, the touch screen is fantastic; not too touchy but you don’t have to slam to make the touch work. Fantastic laptop for the price!

Nice computer for school and kids enjoy it. Not great for gaming but is very light weight. Runs really smoothly as well. Sound quality is good but better with headphones. Battery lost ok but isn't great.

I got this for my sister to use in her (now-remote) college classes and so far it's been fantastic. We were considering this and the Surface Laptop but just liked the fold-over capability of the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex better. The processing power is great as everything reacts quickly, and having a decent amount of RAM plus 256gigs of hard drive space means that this will cover all of her needs. Give then price point it was a much better option than the Surface where we would have only had 128 gigs of hard drive space.

Was purchased under my account for my boyfriend. Turns out I use it for school now since he just had it stored in his closet. I love how small it is and easy to use. Has never given me any trouble like my hp has. which i hate to admit since i have always been loyal to hp but my hp failed me and thats how i ended up using my bf computer. Battery life is also amazing. I know that is something ive always have had trouble with, with my hp computers The price can be high to some like it is for me but not for him. So that can be a con as well

Got this laptop when they had a great sale ($600), at that price specifically this laptop is just awesome. The screen is very high res with dark blacks. Highly recommended.

It was extremely easy to work with this new computer after the Geek Squad had transferred my files and programs. Such a relief! And I love the bright screen so I do not have eyestrain any more. It is light enough in weight for me to use in my comfy recliner and shift to the side to get up. Considering I am going on 85 years old to have an easy transition from my dead to computer to something so well crafted, you can imagine my delight!

I have always used Apple laptops but this has converted me. And it has Windows! It has a great display, battery life, is really light weight.

So far these seem great. I gave it 2 stars bc I bought 2 and had to exchange one of them because it kept popping up a blue screen and would restart itself. They replaced that one and it seems to be working just fine now. I bought them for my kids to do school work on. The touchscreen is really nice, very clear picture and they run really fast. The other one I have I didn't notice until it was out of the so many days to exchange it and the mic doesn't seem to be working on it which is no big deal really to me. They are great little computers for kids they can also be turned into tablet mode. I'd buy another one.

I love my laptop. I used it for everything. It folds into a tablet. I highly recommend it.

Great little laptop. It's very light, and the battery runs for quite a ling time. It boots quickly. This is a 2020 model so it exceeds my expectations. Only a couple of things make this less than perfect for my needs. One is the charger is a tiny barrel charger which from working in IT I have found to be a weak link so be very careful when charging. The only other thing is the micro sd slot will not recognize the 256 gb card out of my dashcam. I tried smaller ones and it read them fine.

Stylish, easy to use, and a bright colorful screen. Speakers are on the bottom but it's still loud enough.

I am really happy with the purchase of this laptop. I replaced an old HP laptop that was just slowing down. The screen is amazing and bright (so bright I have to turn it down) as Samsung is known for the screen quality. Moves quickly for the basics that I use it for. I was worried about going down to the 13.3 screen from my previous 15.6 size but I do not miss it at all. The square screen versus most rounded screens makes this appear bigger than it is. Small and thin for easy portability. Turned it on and setup was like 5 minutes.

A great computer for the teenager in the household who loves to draw. Light, compact, fast. Not much space on it for the price but she doesn't need.
