Awesome laptop. The touchscreen is really cool and the computer itself is fast and easy to use.

I’ve had this for almost two weeks now and have had no underlying issues so far. I love the touch screen and speed.

Bought this as a much needed replacement for an aging macbook pro right before the start of fall semester and I've been really happy with it so far. Screen is great, runs adobe fantastically for my needs (mostly 2d sketching, drawing) light weight, fast and the wacom stylus functions just as I'd hoped. And for the price I paid during student deals, it definitely feels like a laptop that is punching above it's wieght class. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with this purchase. I was looking for something thin and lightweight. It met with all my expectations and then some. I wanted a laptop and ended up with a laptop that converts to a tablet. I thought that not having the side numbers might be a problem but I am adjusting nicely. I would recommend this product to anyone needing one. The price was also a good selling point with a discount I didn’t know about. Loving it all!,

I liked the item -- light weight, price and small to carry around.

I have never own a Samsung Laptop/computer so i wasnt quite sure what to exspect. But i can say I was Excited to see ehst else it could do snd that was just based off the experience i had just going through the set up process. The voice interaction on top of the touch screen capabilities makes the experience that more user friendly. Literally only have 1hr of use and can say i wont buy anything but but Samsung here on.

This laptop is great. It has a touch screen feature that works just like a tablet and can still be used as a laptop at the same time. It can connect to all your Amazon, Microsoft, Spotify, Netflix, and Hulu streaming and buying accounts.

Good and light weight. Keep it somewhere the vent is cooling the laptop because it tends to overheat.

design is slick. Not too heavy to carry. Computer was fast and with little bloatware.

BEAUTIFUL!! It's gorgeous to look at, you really don't wanna touch it after unboxing it. Setup time took so long though, which led me to knocking off a star. There's so much junk loaded onto the taskbar that I stopped wanting to set it up and need to devote some time to cleaning out the crud. The screen is bright and crisp, I just doubt the processing power of this machine could handle everything efficiently.

I was looking for a Windows Computer and consulted Consumer Reports- this computer was ranked higher than the Dell XPS 13 (which I don't believe Best Buy had in stock) so I bought this computer. It's a great computer. The keys on the keyboard are soft to the touch and don't make that much noise when I type. The screen is clear and bright, the sound is good. It's generally easy to use this computer.

Best laptop for school! Would definitely recommend

This is the perfect computer for my needs. Lightweight, large screen for the size, great response time. I really like to Windows 10 and fingerprint log-in. It is also able to fold back and be used like a tablet. Great computer for the price. The staff person that helped me was great - answered all my questions and researched some answers to give me a very thorough answer. She was great!
