I needed a light 2 in 1 with a good stylus support (this works with any S-Pen, so works fine for me), screen is good (nice colors, decent brightness), keyboard is fine. A bit pricey for a budget laptop, but for a 2 in 1 with stylus support i think it's good value.

I bought this laptop for my father for his zoom calls. He is generally satisfied with the computer. The main reason I picked this computer is the all metal construction - it rivals Dell Inspiron 7000 series and HP Envy, but at a slightly lower price point. I had a Samsung laptop before and it was very well put together. The specs are solid and the computer feels fast. However, the fingerprint reader is finicky.

I must say I was very hesitant in this purchase. I wanted to something compact lightweight. Easy to travel with and get same performance as my computer. It does everything my laptop does. The only thing is my laptop was cheaper. You definitely pay for the features. Not having to carry around a bulky laptop. So portable. I can't give 5. Nothing is perfect. Very much an excellent purchase.

Met my needs nicely. I never had a 2-in-1 before, Love that aspect. It's faster than my other computers due to the SSD and the i5 processor. The picture quality is very good. The backlit keyboard makes it easier to use in a darker room. It feels sturdy enough for my needs. Now I just need to learn more about what I can do with it. USB charge port would be nice.

Great laptop! Samsung out did themselves with their first laptop. I was a Mac user for 10+ years, and I am very happy I made the switch back to PC. The versatility of the machine is great. It is light, easy to use, amazing screen quality. I would have liked the speakers to be a little louder but that is me being nit-picky! Would recommend to anyone!

I love this laptop. Bought it a year ago. I was concerned it wouldnt be sturdy, but it seems like it is well built. Love that it can easily be used as both a laptop and tablet without having to attach extra pieces(and buy extra pieces).

At first I was not planning on buying the Samsung Galaxy Book Flex Alpha, as the original price seemed high as compared to other manufacturers for similar hardware before I entered the store. However, after spending over an hour comparing several smaller laptops (Best Buy had several choices), I kept coming back and re-reviewing this model, as it was on sale and was competitively priced. Fortunately, all the laptops were operational at the store and I could see many of the screens from one standing position. What kept catching my eye was the great screen on this laptop, plus it had the right configuration for my home use i% 10th gen, 8GB memory, and a 256GB SSD along with space for a micro SD card.. Since bringing it home, it was easy to set up, navigate through and use. Also the backlight keyboard works well. Overall I am impressed with the size, construction, battery life, ease of use and of course the very good screen, the only downside would be the sound from the on-board speakers is somewhat not up to par with other laptops. Therefore, this is one laptop I would recommend to anyone needing a computer for home use (not for heavy gaming or blasting sound) as it handled all my internet needs, photo programs and home office needs easily.

I like computer very much. I just have a problem with the sound systems, it is very low. you can hardly hear it when there is a little more noise. My Iphone and Ipad are louder then this, even if i'm sitting right in front of it. other then that, it works great. the screen is a good side too. and it work really fast.

I love this laptop. I love the combination of a table and laptop; it gives me the flexabity that I need for starting back to school. I can't wait to start using it for class.

The galaxy book flex feels great it’s light and I was happy with it for the most part. The only reason I’m not someone who can say much is becusee I use Apple usually and I wasn’t really able to get too deep into the laptop.. That said, even with my limited abilities, it is definitely a good buy if you can use windows and find it helps with streamlining devices as well!

clear screen, smooth operating system, lightweight

Chose this based on brand, processor, and price. I don't game, needed a laptop that could do basic stuff - Microsoft Office and search the internet. Computer is better than I expected, is super quick to start up, the fingerprint recognition is great, I like the weight and size of it, and the screen is just beautiful. Two potential downsides: I've recognized is the battery life. On slightly brighter screen settings, I'm seeing around 4 hours battery life. I'm sure I'd get closer to 6 with lower brightness setting, but still. The other is that while Best Buy's listing does not reference an included stylus, the computer's documentation does, but turns out it's for another model.

Bought this to replace an aging Macbook and couldn't be happier with my choice. It's super slim and lightweight. Easy setup, beautiful clear graphics and a long battery life. With the touch screen and the ability to use it as a tablet this Samsung can't be beat. I travel extensively, and this laptop is a perfect companion.

Mediocre performance for the price and you're giving up a lot in build quality. I could click the trackpad by holding the laptop from the bottom corners, atrocious body flex. It feels cheap, looks it, and cannot charge via USB-C. Oh, and the speakers sound like they're submerged in water. For $799, pick up a surface laptop 3 (on sale) or an apple refurbished MacBook Air. Samsung could have done a lot better here.
