Fast and quik!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Srceen was out of the world, being able to use as a tablet is a plus for a lot of projects. Biometerics built in is the best, easy to use for security..very fast and quik response time!!! Wifi 6 was the best also, there was a big difference.

Excellent choice; thin, light, performant, long ba
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great laptop! Thin and light with a long battery life and good performance. Screen looks great too. The black color is very handsome. Nice work Samsung! Only complaint is that there is no spare memory expansion slot. Get an ion if you like to tinker.

Compact, lightweight, and fast!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent laptop with very reasonable price. The Intel i7 processor and 16GB of RAM make it really speedy for everything we’ve used it for. The screen is also incredibly sharp….no problem watching a movie in HD on this thing.

Solid value, impressive performer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After using this Samsung Galaxy Book Flex2 Alpha laptop for the past few days, 3 things stand out. It's surprisingly thin, has great performance and the display is beautiful. I was incredibly surprised with the thinness of this laptop. I've had a handful of laptops where the manufacturer curved out towards the edges to make their laptops seem thinner. This is not the case for the Samsung Flex2 Alpha. The edges are square, yet when closed, this laptop is thin. I've had tablets that are thicker than this laptop. So far, performance has been great. It's taken everything I've thrown at it and processed it with ease. Photo Editing, CAD work and Office Productivity are all quickly handled. Last year, I learned of the Intel EVO platform starting in the 11th Gen processors. This is a certification to deliver key specifications. While this laptop has the i7-1165G7 with the Iris Xe Graphics that you would normally get you the EVO specification, this laptop did not receive the EVO specification. That's because the motherboard doesn't provide NVMe Gen 4 nor Thunderbolt 4 ports. This means that you won't get the fastest storage speed possible. However, NVMe Gen 3 is still 3+ times faster than a mainstream SSD and probably 10 times faster than a mechanical hard drive. Most users won't be able to tell a difference between NVMe Gen 3 and Gen 4. As far as I can tell, a Thunderbolt 4 gives you more bandwidth where you can take advantage of a higher end External Graphics dock. To be honest, if you're the type of person to drop a few hundred dollars on a high end external graphics dock, you can drop a few hundred more to get a gaming laptop instead. That isn't to say that this laptop isn't able to game. I've been able to play several games with high settings and they've performed great. This brings me to the display. I'm very impressed by the QLED display. Colors are very vivid but controlled well. The display also has an Outdoor+ mode (Fn + F10). I wasn't expecting that, but it boosts the brightness so you can work outdoors. But since this is a touchscreen device, the display is glossy and therefore glare is a problem. The touchscreen is very responsive and flipping the display into tablet mode is easy. I also like that the hinges have enough resistance to them to hold any angle even while using the touchscreen. The body texture is very smooth, but I was surprised that the touchpad has a slightly rougher texture than the body. Most times it's the opposite. It's something I noticed the first time I used it, but it quickly faded from my mind. The keyboard is nice and comfortable, but the right shift key has been reduced in size in order to add a fingerprint reader. Setting up the fingerprint reader for Windows Hello was easy and works consistently well. Since the laptop is so thin, there is very little passive cooling available. For most basic tasks, the laptop is silent. When you start throwing intense work at it, there is a bit of fan noise, but it's no louder than I would expect. On the left hand side, there is a USB-C port (but you cannot charge the laptop with it), audio jack, HDMI port and the power port for a barrel style connector. Power button is on the right hand side next to the USB-A ports and microSD slot. However, by opening the lid, the laptop automatically powers on. Overall I'm very satisfied with this laptop and think the pricing is below its competitors.

Satisfied
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got a very good deal on this item. Almost half off due to it being a returned out of the box item. I really like it, but I did get a little frustrated when I found out that it didn't have Windows 11 as told by the salesperson. I had to upgrade it myself. I'm still glad that I purchased it.

A great small but powerful laptop
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely a great powerful laptop! I gave 4 out 5 stars only because when I was comparing and researching before I purchased, Samsung stated that it was S-pen compatible (Not Included) So I bought the S-Pen Pro, tried connecting it and nothing! There's so many mixed answers about it being compatible or not that you don't what to believe. Anyway, that was basically the deal breaker for me because what I purchased the laptop for, I need an S-Pen. So I ended up returning it and got the 15.6 in. Galaxy Book Pro 360 1TB. Which actually worked out perfectly because I actually saved $500 on it for Black Friday! It's originally $1,499 and actually got it for $999. I absolutely love it! I'm a Samsung fanatic, basically everything I own is Samsung. Ranging from my Galaxy phone all the way to the Jet 90 vacuum. I just love Samsung products!

OK temporary laptop but not more than a few days
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this was a so so laptop. Performance was decent but when trying to work with virtual machines, I found the bios to be limited to 4 choices and nothing usable. The bios is setup how Samsung wants it and doesn't allow it to be changed. One of the huge wins fo rthis laptop was the QLED screen. It was fabulous. nice and bright and the colors were spectacular. I would have kept this laptop except for the fact that when opening and closing or using in tablet mode the display panel aluminum backing bent. The right hinge was the worst and started bowing every time I opened it. This started to caused the screen to separate from the backing along the bottom. The display casing was so flimsy that I could take my thumb and push the aluminum back down. I only had it for a day and I can't imagine this lasting more than 3-7 days before it would be completely warped. It flexed so much in the middle when in tablet mode due to no support in the middle and pretty tall feet in the corners. It would have been better if it had feet in the middle for 6-9 feet total to fully support the screen from the backside. Aside from that the performance was great. The keyboard could be better. I couldn't get passed the tiny right shift key. It was shortened to add in a giant finger print sensor that was in the oddest of places. it should have been a tiny sensor with a full size shift key. Made typing on it a chore and not something I would ever get used to especially since I work with standard size keyboard all day.

Go for it
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Happy with the ease of adding apps. Excellent screen, I like the size. The speakers aren't loud enough for me and I'll be adding external speakers. Not as heavy as others with this size of a screen 15.6".

The best of both worlds. The Display alone will make you fall for it, worth going in to test it out first hand.
