Latest 11th-gen Core CPU with 10nm technology, so it has very good balance between performance and power usage. SSD and RAM specs are also reasonable. Daily works are more smooth on the new laptop. New integrated GPU can also play some light games. Good value when on discount

I almost went with a more expensive cimputer but realized this computer had more of what I wanted for less money. In the past I preferred bugger laptops, but this one is way more comfortable for typing. I mostly keep a computer to type up journaling and hopefully college paprrs (if I get myself motivated to start back to school.)The fingerprint scanner is definitely great perk. The system is super smooth. Also with my Samsung phone, I get the added bonus of being able to sync my phone to the computer. I guess the only thing I found that I wish it had was a light to indicate that the computer was actually charginf. But minor detail. Im super glad I went with this one instead of the other one I looked at.

I really like this computer, i have no real issues whatsoever. It's been a huge upgrade since my HP pavilion days so its great. Only downside which can be fixed by a simple 25 dollar speaker is the speakers of the computer, leave a lot to be desired but nothing too bad.

Bought thia for my girlfriend and she loves how fast it is so she ordered me one as well. Im a truckdriver and usw it dor watching netflix and other streaming service's as well as keeping my receipts and work files and love it just as well

The laptop works very well for a relatively low priced 2 in 1 machine. Touch screen is responsive and I am using a Bamboo pen to take notes on it in classes. As a machine I really have no complaints with the laptop at all. Can definitely recommend for students looking for a cheaper 2 in 1!

Flex is very fast, compared to my current computer. It is a great size for transport. Using the recommended resolution could be a problem for some individuals due to the size of the screen and screen font size. One downfall is the inability to upgrade memory and increase the SSD size.

I've only just begun using this lovely Samsung laptop. It is brilliant, and I'm loving it. My purchase, unlike my usual, was via phone through a Best Buy rep who was absolutely fantastic. Usually I would buy directly through a manufacturer or locally owned reseller, just facing a short deadline, and having found this laptop at Best Buy, I purchased the Samsung Flex2 Alpha during a call with Best Buy's rep, and may I say, he was tremendous and thoughtful, and the laptop is fantastic. It has seamless integration with my existing Microsoft account and apps. The rep did offer upgrades, and I chose one that was suitable, but declined another that was not. He remained gracious, and helped me complete the purchases as I preferred. The Samsung Galaxy Flex2 Alpha 13.3" is just brilliant, and many thanks to my Best Buy rep for making the purchase happen as I needed it.

I wanted a Mac computer but was told this would be better for what I was trying to use the computer for. I love that I can use my finger print to unlock the computer. It’s light weight, durable, and has awesome features. I’m super satisfied with my purchase.

This computer is excellent and it's blazing fast- I would highly recommend this to anyone. It's also very pretty, which is a bonus. It has traditional USB ports which is you need, is the highest Samsung Model that comes with them.

Would Highly recommend this is a daily driver. Doesn't have a graphics card, which I would have liked, but for the price you can't beat it. I got mine open box for a bit over 500. Top quality and very fast.

I thought this was a good deal but the wifi driver doesn't work consistently. I had to manually turn the wifi driver off and on every time I restart the laptop or log in ! Definitely won't recommend. Not worth the price.

Very light and very strong battery life. Wish there was an AMD options as opposed to only Intel processors, but I'm very happy with this laptop. Color is more like a dark grey/blue than a black.

I needed an up to date pc. This works well gor my photography. I also have a slide scanner. These work well together. The pc has also been great since its so light.. i bought a bluray burner and it works great with this.

I looked at a lot of laptops. Samsung really made this machine extremely light and gave it a premium look. The price point is pretty compelling, you are not going to get all these features for less in another laptop.

The computer works amazing I love this laptop it over delivers for the specs that it has I highly recommend this device it’s going to last you at least for five years in todays standards for tech future proof

Excellent purchase. I got this for my son, he was a little hesitant since he always had apple products but he is so loving this Samsung, He started high school and it has worked so well for all his needs, specially portability.

Effective “laptop” for myself. Lightweight, handles my computing requirements for occasional remote consultation gig work and all my home computing needs. I have had this little machine for over a month now and is my first non-tower computer.

takes a while to get accustomed and is a bit heavier to carry than I anticipated. I prefer a bit of a larger screen. But, this is a great little laptop at a good price with a lot of power. Bella @ West Mifflin, PA store was very, very helpful! I appreciated her help very much and she is the reason that I made this purchase. Two options that would make this really great would be a larger screen and to be more lightweight. Also, a good "orientation" and set up with at least 1 follow up to help optimize use from Best Buy staff would really be ideal. (I do have the tech support, but would prefer to have an initial complete set up, orientation and then a formal follow up appointment/s to help me maximize the use of this product and be more likely to make additional purchases @ Best Buy vs. elsewhere. Thank you.

This laptop is great. I purchased it for photo editing. I was told that it was the type that charges devices on the touchpad but that isn't true. It is fast charging and only charges up to 85% when in use so that the battery isn't destroyed.
