Constant BSOD

I bought this laptop October 2022 and since the day I got it, it crashes constantly. I ONLY run lightroom and photoshop. 16 gb ram should handle just fine. I took it back to best buy and they offered a refund but I got it on black friday sale so there is no way I will find a cheaper optiob.
