Very good service. The sales person was very knowledgable about the computers I was looking for and decided what was best for me. the price of my computer was very good and I am pleased with purchase.

It's battery life unplugged after being fully charged at 100% don't reach 17hrs as advertised. The battery lasts approx 3-4hrs unplugged after being fully charged. Overall, I am becoming more pleased with the purchase.

We bought two of these for our kids for their online learning and gaming. They love them and they work really well with the online learning platform we use for home education. Great purchase!

Very fast boot up. Nice bright screen. As of July 21, 2021 $899.99. If you are a student you can knock another $100.00 off. For $799.99 it is a phenominal deal when compared to other laptops with the same specs.

Everything works as well or better than I could have hoped, other than the video card leaves a bit to be desired. But, for the amount of versatility this has at its size, I've no complaints.

Great product for the price! Happy its core i7 and has windows 11 installed. It does take a couple of seconds to save documents and the speed lags couple of seconds too. Overall it runs smoothly.

Excellent Laptop for the value. IT has all the high end features if you can get this under $850. This is my first Samsung Laptop and so far this looks better than the Lenovo and HP ones I had in the past.

An excellent computer. Samsung seems better than the competitive units from Lenovo, Dell, HP)--quieter fans, for example. The HDMI output works well at 4K in headless mode with the laptop closed.

Love it! An excellent operational system in such a small laptop. Perfect for studies purposes, but you can also edit videos, watch movies, play games, etc. The price is fair, believe me.

I did a great deal of research before purchasing this computer and at $749 it was the most for the money. I also am a fan of the QLED screen which can be found on their tvs.

I purchased it a month ago and have started learning how to use it. There are a lot more for me to learn and enjoy as well with good and the latest features added to, for instance, I like it.

This laptop was acquired to replace a 5+ year old laptop that I've had.  I was a little concerned about the size of this computer and it being able to stand up to its predecessor who had performed admirably over its lifetime. There are only two notable deficiencies on this device.  The first is the inability to charge via the USB-C port. Having to use a proprietary charger is an annoyance that I hoped to be rid of, since most devices nowadays give you the option to charge through USB-C. The second is more of a personal preference.  I like having the numeric keypad on the keyboard rather than using the numbers above the QWERTY keyboard.  Obviously this model was created for its lightweight and compact design, so the addition of this feature would have countered that intent.  But it is worthwhile to note in case it is a feature someone is interested in. After that, I have nothing negative to say!  The backlit keyboard is very responsive with keystrokes feeling clean and crisp! The touchpad is responsive and reflective of the input.  The touchscreen is the same. It also supports the ability to use multi-touch for zooming in and the like. The keyboard also contains a fingerprint scanner.  A nifty little security feature which is placed perfectly on the keyboard for quick and secure identification of the user. Screen quality is excellent. The small bezel and brilliant colors give the feel of a larger screen without the bulk. The seamless ability of the device to go from computer to tablet is admirable.  The hinges are solid and sturdy without losing fluidity and smoothness.   I've utilized this device to stream movies and cast via WiFi along with sending it through the HDMI port.  Both worked exquisitely with no lag or issues. At this price point and with the limitations that are inherent with producing a compact lightweight PC, this computer is top notch and will exceed a user's expectations. I would recommend this computer to friends and family.
