I have had no problems with it. It is lightweight and I love the color.

Laptop is easy to carry around, lightweight, and perfect for zoom meetings.

I've had this laptop for over 2 months now and I'm loving it, I usually use it for school purposes and it hasn't failed me, only one thing that bugs me a little bit is the updates but I do them anyways becuase it recommends it and it makes it a little faster they say. Also it updates pretty quick so can't complain either. I would recommend this to a student or even someone that does multitasking in a laptop its cool and super light!

When i had seen that Samsung had released this i just had to have one!! I purchased itvand it did not disappoint!! I love love love this thing. Best laptop i ever had. Appearance,performance . Would definitely purchase again . Only thing i would do different is i would purchase the 360 . I wish i had the touch screen . Still highly reccomend.

Super lightweight, trackpad gets clicked if hand sits in the computer, super fast

Very light weight and holds lots of storage. Also has a easy to use mouse pad.

Absolute garbage...looks nice out of box, beautiful screen, nice looking blue case. Huge responsive mousepad. Keyboard is subpar, but I guess for an ultra-lightweight its OK...my Dell XPS 13 has a much better keyboard. But...couldn't get fingerprint scanner to work, despite resetting the PC back to factory settings twice and cleaning the key and my fingers. Then the mouse did wonky things...wouldn't work, but just created new "windows" on the home screen...again, did a factory reset which solved the problem. So now I've done three factory resets, and the laptop still doesn't work properly. Time to call Samsung!

This is not an issue with my laptop so much, but rather with Windows 11. I can't find any of my pictures and my documents all seem to be in One Drive, when I want them on my PC. I may really love the laptop and Windows 11 once I figure out how it works. Otherwise, I'll ask if I can get my laptop returned to Windows 10.

A very thin, light, quality laptop to carry. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for.

I love the laptop but disappointed that it came with a white charging cord instead of black. I got the run-a-round when I tried to exchange it. BestBuy said I had to contact Samsung and Samsung said I had to order a new part to get a black one. They are expensive, I think around $68. Very disappointing. Had I received the black cord I would have given 5 stars.

But and update did help This is also very light and slim. This has been a very nice,quality laptop and it should be for the price. Got mine on Black friday for a big discount.
