Good little machine. Got a heck of a deal at BestBuy. I think it was missing the stylus but at 65% off, sweet deal. Very fast for its size, very portable, very light, built well with metal shell. Beautiful screen and a pleasure to use. 16GB of ram and I run visual studio on it.

This little thing is awesome! Its the perfect size for travel. Battery life seems good but I havent pushed it too far yet. The performance also seems good, but I mostly only watch movies/youtube, browse the web, and do some light Office work. I also love the ability to pair my samsung smart phone! Its almost like im in the Mac ecosysyten now, but without all of the annoying appley stuff. The speakers sound suprisingly good for how small this thing is. They are also fairly loud! All in all I think this is a great little laptop for anyone looking for a portable, easy to use laptop with enough oopmh and battery life to complete whatever task you throw at it. It may not be the best for gaming, but I havent tested that myself to see how it would fair.

Pro's Battery life better than Pro version. the 1255u is sufficient for productivity/work/ browsing/streaming. This laptop or the pro will not perform in gaming, so I perceive it's purpose for previous mentioned things... Thus battery more important. Has usb A, pro does not. Most items i'm connecting arent all usb c . Screen is smaller, but pixel density is there Beautiful touch screen. Better than my IPS "2k". Extra points if you're in the samsung ecosystem. Snappy interface/browsing. Cons Keep it on battery saver and quiet/power saver mode for 10+ hours. You want to Limit CPU power limit to 70% in advanced power settings and it will never get hot.-Should be done automatically in settings. DEFAULT dolby sound is off... ????? not sure who is in charge there. No spot to slide in S pen, pro doesn't have that either. Design flaw. Other design flaws. LOTS of ppl complaining of screen cracks by grabbing/holding between hinges on that side of laptop. This is concerning. CANT FIND cases/covers/ screen protectors that are official. using alternatives which arent perfect. Price uncertainty- Prices keep falling. Got on sale from Best buy for $700 pre tax Aug 2022. I feel that was a great deal, but the prices will continue to drop for the foreseeable future.

I am giving it a higher score than I should. It’s a slick and very good looking laptop in all aspects and also with good specifications and lots of ports that makes your life lot easier if you are going to use an external display for example. A good amount of RAM and SSD storage for an average user. That said I only kept for a few days to test and then returned it to Best-buy store. Although as I said I liked everything about it but when I pushed it to the limits by having opened multiple, maybe 15 or so, tabs of Microsoft Edge the fan turned on and it just kept staying on for almost 24 hours non-stop. It was loud and I couldn’t make it stop until I closed all tabs. Maybe the very thin design comes at a high cost. It gets hot quickly and can’t afford too much of work loads.

The size is excellent and portable. It is not small at all, even for students. I have had it for a year, and it has been functional for me. I have used multiple pieces of software simultaneously, and there have been no issues in terms of software errors or speed. I specifically used R Studio, Zoom, and Microsoft simultaneously, and it functioned exceptionally well on this device. However, the fan, hardly, will be working on the hard tasks. On the whole, I recommend it in terms of price and function and portability.

It will take you a little bit to get through all the updates and the BIOS update -- Once this is completed you will not be disappointed. Now lets understand if you are thinking you will be getting a gaming device you are wrong. This is a great computer for someone who on the go and needs access to office apps, internet, movies, light video editing, Microsoft 365 etc. If this is you then this computer is flat out amazing. Currently I use it at my job and it handles everything I throw it with ease. The screen is solid and the colors are very accurate. The battery life is probably the best out of all the Samsung laptops I have used in the past. The Intel EVO i7 is great along with 16GB of RAM and the 512SSD. The keyboard is very responsive and doesn't have much flex. It weighs under 2.5 lbs for the 13.3" model and its design is beautiful and feels every bit a premium model. Very impressed with Samsung and the movement they are having in the laptop industry.

Love it!! The performance is outstanding. This is my first Samsung Galaxy laptop and I should say they did a very great job on developing this device. I'm using this system for graphic design, coding, and video editing things and never see hanging. I barely shut down this system but still, the performance is remarkable. I have used high-performance Surface Book, Lenovo, Dell, and Asus laptops before and they get hung easily if I use them the way I'm this laptop. The best part I like about this laptop is the interface with my Phone. I use Samsung Galaxy S23 and when I bring it near to my laptop my laptop detects and asks me if I would like to use it as a secondary screen(off course you should turn on the multi-control option) and if I select connect, I have two systems connected to each other. I can literally copy files between each other, and chat on my phone parallelly while I'm working on the system. Coming to the battery life is also very good. I didn't do any time laps in measuring the battery life, it last more than 4hrs when it has a 50% charge while I used it for coding and browsing. If you are looking for a slim, high-performance, long battery life, good user interface, touch screen, basic gaming, and portable laptop then go for this laptop.

You can't go wrong with Samsung's laptops. This is my 2nd Samsung laptop. The 1st one I purchased 4 years ago. I bought another brand a few years ago because it had a large 17" screen. The 4 year old Samsung outpaces that other brand, though the other brand has better specs. That other brand continually locked up for no reason and caused me much frustration. I've had this new Galaxy Book2 360 for 3 months. It has not disappointed me. Although I prefer a larger screen, the compact design that turns into a tablet is convenient and weighs next to nothing. It is amazing that something so powerful can be so compact. I was going to wait for the chip shortage to resolve and buy a laptop with a faster processor. I don't know how much faster this could get as it is fast, pages load instantly, and web conferencing always perfect connections and graphics. I watch colleagues with grainy video or video that cuts out and am so happy that isn't the case for me anymore. The charge lasts a long time, but depends on the number of programs I am running. The fast charger charges quickly. In summary, I am very pleased with my Samsung. It's my old reliable brand. The only complaints I have are as follows...The Samsung Update keeps saying I need to update the touchscreen driver, though windows device manager says it is up to date. When I click to update, it says "waiting" never advancing or changing when I restart. Samsung support did not have a resolution to this issue so I changed Samsung Update setting to not automatically update. Otherwise, it kept prompting me to update. The other thing I noticed with this and my old Samsung laptop is the cursor will jump around. I think it's because my touchpad gets greasy because after I clean, it doesn't do this, or if I restart it sometimes resolves. The other issue is sometimes brightness dims after the laptop is asleep for a while. It gets brighter again once I restart. Since these are fixable issues, I didn't ding Samsung and kept it at 5 stars. I recommend Samsung laptops 100%

I love this laptop. I got it on Black Friday, I knew I wasn't getting a real deal, but I used this to convince my parents into buying it lol. I mainly brought it because soon I'm gonna go to college as a computer science major, so I mostly use it/will use it for coding. I don't use heavy programs like Android Studio, but I know it's capable of running it (without getting laggy). This was a major upgrade from my older laptop which froze just by opening a chrome tab. Pros: I love that it has two USB-C's and you can use both to charge the laptop (I don't know if one charges faster than the other but the thing is that it works). It has a microSD card slot which I have one card on for when I need to save some files, without having to use cloud services. It has backlit. I'm sorry but I always wanted a laptop with backlit and I LOVE IT. Read the con first I gotta say, even if the laptop gets hot, this device works perfectly, I doesn't lag, nothing. So, that's a plus. Cons: This device gets HOT, it literally burns (keyboard gets warm but when you touch the bottom is burning). I don't know why but who in the right mind decided to make one side to take fresh air and the other to take it out, because one side is literally cold while the other side burns like (censored). So if something is blocking those holes, you're gonna suffer. Even if the laptop is in a table, I assume not enough fresh air gets in because it still gets hot (not burning but still hot enough). I don't know if this issue is with Windows, Samsung, or the Buds itself, but everytime I try to connect my earbuds to this laptop, that (censored) don't work. It never have a issue connecting it to my phone, never, but with this device is always. Seamless connectivity doesn't work, Audio 360 doesn't work, and some other things. There were times where they connected successfully but rarely. I think this has to do something with the drivers, updates or whatever because when I do them, it gets fixed (temporarily). But cannot say whose fault it is, I'm just telling you if you happen to experience this. Wanna know more about this persona, look up my name on whatever media you have.

Two months and laptop remain efficient for your basic needs. Applications open and load quickly. You are able to screen record as not many brands have that opportunity. Laptop also charges quickly and can last for a few hours if used in the lowest energy setting. It is also light weight making it easier to carry around, but also to be cautious as well. Laptop does overheat and volume varies on your environment.

Outstanding laptop. When on sale it is well worth the investment. It is fast, has very nice screen resolution, battery life is better than expected, it is very light weight and thin. I use it for my consulting business and it works well. It does have the usual Samsung bloatware and its sometimes difficult to figure out which of these can be deleted without messing with the functionality of the computer. Overall I'm very pleased with it and would recommend it for students and business purposes.

As a proud owner of the Samsung Galaxy Book2 360, I can’t help but sing its praises. Here’s why: AMOLED Awesomeness: The 13.3-inch AMOLED display is a visual treat. Despite its seemingly modest 1920 x 1080 resolution, the AMOLED technology works magic. Crisp, vibrant colors and surprising clarity make it a winner. It’s like having a mini-theater in your lap. Convertible Charm: The laptop-to-tablet transformation is seamless. Whether I’m typing away on a report or sketching ideas with the stylus, the Galaxy Book2 360 adapts effortlessly. Plus, it’s lightweight, so I can carry it around without feeling like I’m lugging a brick. Battery Brilliance: Battery life is where this laptop shines. It’s like a marathon runner that refuses to quit. Perfect for long flights, workdays, or Netflix binges. Budget-Friendly: At a starting price of $899.99, it won’t break the bank. Samsung managed to pack in premium features without emptying our wallets. Of course, no gadget is flawless. Here are the minor hiccups: Graphics: Integrated graphics are decent for everyday tasks, but don’t expect gaming miracles. Webcam Woes: The 720p webcam is serviceable, but not mind-blowing. Upgrade Limitations: If you’re a tinkerer, options for upgrades are limited.
