I give the laptop design and features a 5 - slim, sturdy, nice display, lighted keyboard, good cpu, ram snd ssd. Take note the only connectuons are usb-c, so you need to buy a hub to get normal usb or cat5 port. However, I give geek squad a 3 star for their poor certification process. Even on sale this was one of the most expensive laptops I have purchased, so I opted to save $100 and get an open box excellent condurion geek squad certified item. The Windows 11 operating system was corrupted and it kept disabling my pin. After some time troubleshooting, i finally reset the system and reloaded windows. Now it works fine.

Pros: Lightweight design Sleek appearance Fast boot up Snappy performance Excellent display Cons: Power saving mode problem? No matter what I do with the settings, even going so far as to go into the hardware settings, it goes into power saving mode after being idle a few minutes. I went so far as to contact Microsoft support and they spent time remoting into the machine. Problem is still there. Ports - I wish there were more, and more options. (This info is available at purchase, so my problem). Outside of lid gets scratched pretty easy Overall, I love the laptop. I would likely purchase again.

The good: screen is nice and bright, computer is lightweight, sound is better than my 2 year old Dell. The touch screen is great, no memory pressure even with a ton open, and decent amount of space. I haven't really used the tablet feature because it's kinda big (which I wanted), but doesn't really lend it self to that. The bad: terrible at picking up wi-fi. I had to buy a wi-fi extender for it to reach in rooms where 8 year old laptops and phones have no issue. That seemed to solve the problem, but why is it even an issue? Tired lots of troubleshooting and finally found someone mention the wi-fi extender and low-and-behold. Hopefully it's not a big pain when I travel. Another issue is the heat - it gets hot super fast and in my experience that does not bode well for it's parts. Lastly, randomly it will close things down. Chrome, apps, etc.. I have a feeling it is because of some sensitivity on the area below the keyboard, but I'd have type at an odd angle to avoid the placement of anything touching the area I suspect and that would probably get me carpal tunnel syndrome or whatever the kids are calling it these days. I'd probably try something else if I did it over.

Purchasing my new Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro 360 online was extremely simple and fast. I love this computer and completing the purchase online thru Best Buy was super simple. This computer is ultra-light and fast. I really like the fact that it has 16GB of memory and a 1TB SSD. The display is also very nice and the 15.6" screen is just the right size for me. Other nice features of this laptop are the fingerprint reader and backlit keyboard. I couldn't be more pleased with this computer!

This is a fantasic 15.6" laptop with a disply snd 1Tb ssd hard drive to match, super fast and easy to set up. This is a thin, nice looking laptop that's not to heavy to carry around with you. It's one of the best computers I've bought for the wife so far..

Loving this laptop! It is thin, lightweigt, keys are smooth and well-spaced. I like that it can fold over and act like a tablet. It has taken a bit of getting used to not having HDMI and some other ports but its reliability and ease of use make up for it. I use it for teaching so I also like the stylus that comes with it. If you do gaming this is not the laptop for you.

Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 2 360 have a high quality build, very sturdy. Design is esthetically appealing and refined. Unbelievably lightweight! Processing power and responsiveness is incredible. The pen is a nice and welcomed edition to match with the flexibility of this PC. Definitely can expect a full day of use up to 12 hours, based on settings. Typing is good, about average, certainly comfortable and accurate. Monitor is bright and images really pop, color accuracy is well calibrated. Why 4 stars instead of 5, you ask? I deducted 1 star for battery life and not offering a 4K display. I have not experienced any issues with battery drain or wanting for a sharper image; it's just that I expect both from a top product such as this. I researched and compared other high end models from HP, Lenovo, Dell and Apple. Comparable features and specs were either not matched or as in the case with Apple nearly double the cost. In the end this struck the right balance for my needs with portability (storage too) being very high on the list. Speaking of list, compare to any other and you will find it is top of the line latest features (Windows, Memory, Intel etc.) Again, I highly recommend and am very much pleased with Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 2 360.

I knew when I demo'ed this machine a few weeks ago, it was a really nice unit. It was the fastest laptop I have ever seen demo'ed. The screen was really bright and clear because of the OLED technology. Loading web pages was effortless, even with the terrible Wi-Fi in the Best Buy store. There was an open box unit at a neighboring Best Buy store, but the price was still too high, even with being on sale. This week, this laptop went on sale again, the price of the open box dropped to the point that I got about a 47% discount! My finger on the mouse was almost uncontrollable and I just bought it. Figured I'd have 15 days to return it if I had any buyer's remorse. Well, this is by far the best laptop I have ever owned or used. The specs are really good (plenty of CPU, RAM, and a huge SSD drive). The screen is so bright and clear, and this thing is as good a tablet as it is a laptop. Battery life is pretty good so far, but I'm sure I can tweak it and squeeze even more out of it. Samsung even let me reset the Samsung warranty to my purchase date, rather than use the original purchaser's purchase date from their website when I uploaded the Best Buy receipt. I highly recommend this laptop. The only negative I can think of is that I think they could have put a faster SSD drive in this, but trust me, it doesn't feel slow at all, just with all the other top tier parts in this, I would have thought Samsung would have opted for the faster SSD drive (PCIe Gen3 x4 vs. PCIe Gen4 x4)

This laptop is very easy to use with great features that are user friendly. The speakers sound great and the touch screen is spot on. The battery life is exceptional and I feel like I never have to charge this laptop after so many uses. Overall, it is very convenient and has been a satisfying purchase.

This is the coolest laptop ive ever owned, its half as thick as my old one and much lighter! With the speed of a cheetah! Plus its touch screen and it flips to become a tablet! Now how cool is that, and did I mention that the keyboard is backlit, bottom line is that I love my new laptop it's like a new addition to the family.

LOVE this! Superior display, super thin, and very light! I am a senior and as my eyes age, I figured I could use a better display. This one is nice and large for me, and great quality without adding bulk or weight-- easy to transport if needed. My 20s-something kids were pretty impressed with the display, memory, and speed on this laptop, though! I was worried about supply issues since it was not in stock, but it arrived in just a few days.

I got this as a replacement for an older laptop, and boy was I surprised at the difference. It's very light, very thin, and very fast. I mean fast-fast. Its a 2-in-1 design so it can also be used as a tablet, however I still need to get used to a windows tablet as opposed to an Android tablet. There are several things to be aware of: This doesn't have any USB-A ports, only USB-C ports; this seemed unimportant to me until I tried to create a bootable USB key; I bought an adaptor to resolve this. It also doesn't have a DVD burner which I solved by buying a portable one. Now my super lightweight laptop has some baggage. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind.

I bought it for my daughter who is going to college next month. We were looking for a laptop with large screen 15+ inch, long battery life 20+ hours, better performance. Most importantly, it should be lightweight as she will carry it everyday. Not many laptops meet that requirement. This galaxy book2 pro and LG gram 15.6 were my two final list. We chose it because of s-pen and its color and design. We are happy with this purchase.

I've had this for a year now with no problems. I have no complaints other than it doesn't have regular USB ports only USB C, but I added a hub problem solved. Lightweight, stylish, fast, great graphics, long lasting battery and no special power cords, uses a USB C.

This is an incredibly thin, light, and FAST laptop. For anyone entrenched in the Samsung ecosphere, this laptop is a no-brainer! Get text messages and email on your desktop. Transfer documents and photos between devices with quickshare! And at less than 4 lbs. it is easily the lightest and most portable laptop I've seen. As with all Samsung products the audio quality is superb and the high resolution screen is stunning! Add to that the Best Buy sale price madde it extremely affordable and the expert advice I received from the store employee was invaluable in helping me to decide to purchase this laptop.

This computer is perfect for my needs as a realtor. It travels with me daily, and I often have multiple tabs open while working from various locations, usually connected to my cellular Wi-Fi. Even when working from my car, it runs smoothly. The battery life is excellent, and it charges quickly. I also find it convenient to use as a tablet. However, there are two downsides. The computer tends to get hot, and it becomes quite loud when it does. Given its powerful performance, this is somewhat expected, so it's not a major issue. The bigger concern is that the screen has cracked twice just from opening it—no drops or mishandling involved. I suspect this might be due to its thin design and large 16" size.

I'm no computer geek, so I'm sure there are lots of notebooks that are better than this one. However, for me this is the best I have ever owned: touch screen, lighted keyboard, thin, fast, and a numbers pad that makes computations so much easier. I can't say enough good about this purchase.

Espectacular very fast and very light to carry on.

The laptop is great. Its not super high end so you wont get an absolutely amazing gaming experience. But it’s not advertised as a gaming computer. You probably wont get great results if you do heavy video editing and compiling either. But for casual gaming and everyday tasks or even using the Microsoft Office suite, it gets the job done very well. If you have a compatible router, the WiFi6 is super fast. Speakers are just okay. Not terrible but not great. Gets the job done. There’s a decent amount of Samsung bloatware that ill never use since I use 3rd party software that is better, but paid apps. So you a decent amount of “good” apps with no need to spend any more money. The reason for dropping one star is the screen. It looks decent when playing HD videos but under normal use, the screen is pixelated. Only 1080p on a 15” screen doesnt look nearly as sharp as I would have expected from Samsung- who makes the best screens innthe world. Pixel density is quite low. This may have been a battery saving decision since you’re not powering as many pixels, but most people keep a laptop plugged in so it wouldn’t have been a huge issue to charge an extra $30 for a better screen. Even with the lower quality screen, battery life is just decent. Certainly wont last all day. But good enough for the price point. Bump that screen up to 2160p and this would be the best laptop for the value.
