Customers are saying

Customers love the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360's stunning screen quality, lightweight design, and long battery life. Many appreciate its strong performance and ease of use. However, some users found the trackpad size and potential for the device to become warm during use to be less than ideal. A few also expressed a desire for more RAM and a more robust graphics card.

The Samsung - Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 2-in-1 16" 3K AMOLED Touch Screen Laptop is a great asset to my home office. I opened it up and was up and running within a couple minutes. I was able to evaluate the power of Windows 11 within minutes. The laptop was exactly as advertised. The amazing features are endless! Therefore I give this Samsung laptop the full five stars rating based on the great value, and for the ease of set up. I recommend these lights to all my following, family and friends, and give a great thumbs up!

Very nice light weight 2-in-1 with decent battery life. Make sure you enable Dolby sound. I wish Samsung offered a 32gb RAM upgrade without going to their Book ULTRA.

Beautiful high resolution display, decent battery life, stays cool and good performance. Everything I wanted in a 2023 laptop. The large trackpad seemed like it would get in the way, but it's actually great for a high-res screen. Keyboard is tactile and easy to type on with no mistakes. Fingerprint reader is a bit picky but very fast. S pen is surprisingly good even though I'm not in the Samsung ecosystem. The number of USB ports is nice to see. Love the charging brick - very easy to toss in a backpack. Very impressed so far!

Everything I've been looking for. I've been using a 17" Dell that has about the same features but it is very heavy. I wanted all of that but something much lighter and this is it. I like the keyboard much better and the graphics are more crisp. The stylist is great and it would be nice if it snapped on somewhere. I'm careful with the screen because of other reviews but it seems sturdy to me. The battery life has been great. Good looking laptop too :)

I buy a lot of computers for personal and professional use. There is little that sets any apart. This is my first Samsung and I'm impressed. Nothing surprising, it just works. The screen is nice. It is a good performer and runs very quiet and cool. If, like me, you admire the MacBook Pro but don't want to leave Windows, this is a great alternative. True, this doesn't have the GPU performance but if that isn't a deal killer for you, this might be the best machine of its type.

This has been a great laptop. Coming from the Samsung Galaxy Book Pro 2 360 and they have improved the small issues from that laptop. The outter shell on the display is much more sturdy and does not feel like your going to break the sceeen when you pick it up. The AMOLED display is the best ive used on a non-gaming laptop. Has 120hz refresh as well. Handles everything ive theown at it, fan isnt too loud and battery life has been good.

This computer has an excellent AMOLED display and 16" screen that makes the graphics ultra-satisfying. While there is no dedicated graphics card included with the laptop, the display is still incredible and feels as though there is. The laptop also has a very thin and dynamic design that makes it feel premium when using it. Overall, I thought the laptop was fantastic.

I bought this laptop to replace my older one with very similar specs. Just with an awful screen. I was surprised how much faster it is than my old one. I keep my files very tidy and dont allow many programs to boot in start up and the book 3 just gets going so much faster i actually turn it off when im not using it cause itll go from off to idling in less than 30 sec. And the screen is fantastic up to par with the screens were use to on flagship phones.

My wife and I went in looking at macbooks, after looking around for awhile and examine the different models we came across this one, for the same price we are getting a much better performing machine, it’s faster, there’s more storage, and the screen is just beautiful, she uses it primarily for work replacing or old model. It has been nothing short of fantastic. So glad to have been able to get this instead of the MacBook.

Samsung -You've impressed this die hard Dell user!

I've had this Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro for almost 7 months now and really am pleased with it. I've was a confirmed DELL desktop and laptop believer for a few decades now, so it was a hard decision to make to get a Samsung when my last great DELL workhorse was needing to be replaced. BUT, since it fit my budget better than my much used and extremely capable and reliable Dell's over the years, I opted to give it a try and I have not found anything about it that I don't like except that it doesn't have as long of a battery life as my Dell's always had. But, with it only being a USB cable that I need to carry around for it, it's really not a big deal. I really was worried that for the price, I probably would not have as sharp of a screen as I had on my last Dell, but, I was extremely impressed by AMOLED TouchScreen this has. It is equally as sharp as my old Dell's screen. I could go on and on, but really, just saying this is truly a very impressive laptop and I'd encourage you to check it out! Samsung - keep up the good work on your laptops!!

I really tried to like this laptop, but the more I used it, the more annoyed I became. I finally ended up returning it. The number one thing I dislike about the computer is that Samsung took away the last column of the number keypad, (i.e., the minus, plus and Enter keys) and moved those keys elsewhere. I use those keys ALL THE TIME and not having them where I can reach them easily makes them utterly worthless. (The 0/Insert key was decreased to standard size and moved to the far left, under the 1/End button. The ./Delete key was moved under the 2/down arrow key. The Enter key was shrunk to standard size and moved under the 3/Page Down button. The minus and plus buttons replace the slash and asterisk (*) keys, respectively, while the slash and asterisk keys were shrunk to half size and placed above the minus and plus keys.) The keyboard is why I can’t rate the laptop any higher and don’t recommend it. This laptop does not have a d:\. It comes with 1T of memory, and it’s all on the c:\. Perhaps Samsung is expecting everyone to put his/her files on the “cloud,” but I keep my files to myself, and I prefer to keep them on a separate drive from the program files. (I actually thought the d:\ was the standard now, and anyhow, if you are keeping your files on the cloud, why do you need 1T of memory?) Also, it was recommended that 16G of RAM would be fine for what I wanted to use the laptop for, but I had hardly used the pc when I was having to restart it because the memory was near 100 percent of use and slowing things down to snail speed (I have a lot of files and websites open at one time). This was the final straw that made me decide to return the laptop and get a different brand. For most people, aside from the keyboard, this is actually a rather nice laptop. It works well enough. It’s light; I can pick it up with one hand, which is really convenient. The main keyboard is easy to type on. The stylus is particularly good for when you need to touch a tiny spot on the screen. (I was never able to figure out how to write on the screen though.) As to the touchscreen, I really thought I wanted a touchscreen, and I was excited to have it. It works really well. And then I realized that I am constantly touching my screen, either to keep my place or to refer to something or to compare two columns maybe or to wipe a piece of dust off, etc. I couldn’t do that any longer. You can’t even put your finger close to the screen without having an effect. So maybe a touchscreen isn’t the best choice for someone like me. I also love that the cord is no longer the big, bulky cord with the heavy piece (not sure what it’s called) in the middle, but be forewarned: it’s not a very long cord. It worked for me, but just barely. I can’t vouch for the battery life because I tend to keep my laptop plugged in. (I got a warning from the laptop that this wasn’t a very good idea.) The mouse pad is really big. It runs almost to the edge of the laptop. I turned mine off, but if you use it, be prepared to accidentally do something to what’s on your screen when you go to pick up your laptop, particularly if you pick it up with one hand. Warning: it has one USB port and two USB-C ports. That means that I could either plug in my mouse or my laptop cooler (I chose the mouse, of course). Perhaps it is just me, or maybe it is Windows 11, but...while my old laptop also had a 16-inch screen and I could see things just fine, I found that sometimes I had difficulty seeing things on the screen of the Samsung. If you choose to get this Samsung, unless you are a keyboard user, need a d:\ and have a lot of websites open at once all the time, you will probably be satisfied.

As a Graphic Designer, this Samsung Galaxy Book3 Pro has been perfect for me when i am on the go. I love the image quality and the color of photos. The size of the screen and the weight of the laptop is perfect. Coming from having an older Dell laptop that was much heavier, I really like taking this laptop with all the time.

Love this computer. So fast when opening word apps compared to slow Apple MacBooks.. I never have to see the rainbow loading circle in my life again. Plus this screen resolution is way better than Apple. Touch screen and full 360! Can’t get better than that.
