Customers are saying
Customers love the Galaxy Book3 Pro 360's stunning screen quality, lightweight design, and long battery life. Many appreciate its strong performance and ease of use. However, some users found the trackpad size and potential for the device to become warm during use to be less than ideal. A few also expressed a desire for more RAM and a more robust graphics card.

Excellent PC
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent PC that is also a touch s teen, and display can change positions (flipped/turned around). Performance is fast and smooth, and the display quality is amazing. I bought it for my wife, but I should have gotten one for myself. Its design factor & ease of use rivals my new MacBook Pro.

Samsung Galaxy Book3
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The best laptop I have ever owned in my 81 years on Planet Earth. Brilliant screen, Clear as the nighttime skies use to be before intrusion of earth bound street lights ruined the view. So easy to operate even a cave dweller could use it and be very happy

Expected better for the cost
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I do enjoy this laptop for the most part, I feel like Samsung should have and could have done better in some areas. I do enjoy the vivid, colorful, and fast display. While glaring is to be expected, it does seem to glare more than other tablets and laptops I have used. However, this has not bothered me at this point. The touchscreen is nice, but I wish there was a way to adjust touch sensitivity while using the S pen. I know there's a setting to "turn off" touch input while using the S pen, but I believe this to be bugged. I will have a writing/drawing glove on, laptop folded back in tablet mode, and with the pen, it will still detect touch from my hand and even my arm. Speaking of the "360" portion of this laptop, while I like the thin design, there is so little support of the screen because of how thin it is. They could have done way better in this area. It doesn't matter if I'm using it like a regular laptop or if I have it partially folded back in tablet mode, the screen is so easily jostled by everything, and I find it rather annoying. The keyboard and touchpad are nice. Not much for me to say on that front. I hardly use the touchpad to be honest because I just prefer to plug in a wireless mouse or use the touchscreen. Battery life is...interesting. I know lots of people have complained about it, and they are definitely justified in their concerns. However, I've have had it both ways: one day it'll only seem to last a couple of hours, and other days, it lasts several hours without needing to be plugged in. Not sure what the difference is. As for the actual software experience of using the laptop....the setup was horrible. This laptop was so incredibly slow from the start. It took several hours of installing updates, multiple restarts, uninstalling so much bloatware, and other things before this laptop actually started performing more optimally. Now since then, I still have my concerns with graphic lag where there shouldn't be, especially with this being a newer and higher quality laptop. Speaking of graphic lag, don't get me start with Samsung's "Update" app. You have to use their proprietary bloatware for installing driver updates, but then they don't even send out driver updates. When I tried reaching out to Samsung Support about this, it took me forever to get them to understand my problem, then even longer for them to "attempt" to fix it. They claimed to open a ticket, to which I told them I was never going to receive a response. Surprise, surprise! No response from them whatsoever. I'd say that if you're not concerned about losing any Samsung OEM software functionality (you may not even use it anyways), just use the generic drivers from Intel. Congratulations if you've stuck with me this long. One last thing, and I will more than likely be talking to tech support about this as well since I have only had this laptop a little over a month: I did notice today that the USB-C port I plug the charger into is already having problems with not wanting to properly connect. I had to unplug the charger and plug it back in before it registered and started charging. So far I think it has only happened the one time, but if it's already getting loose when I make it a point to be very careful with my tech, then I'm afraid this is going to turn into a larger issue before too long. To close, don't get me wrong, I do like this laptop, and I think it's a good choice; however, consider the price point and read up on other reviews and do your own research. Determine what you need to use the laptop for and if you really need to get a higher-end, pricier laptop like this one.

First laptop purchase for work. Drafting and sales
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great piece of tech. Ive had it for over 1 month now, and it has provided a lot of benefit for my production for my business. Samsung's ecosystem works well (i have the S23U). The screen response and quality between the regular book3 360 and the book3 pro 360 is noticeable. Especially if you use the writing features. I use it for marking up drawings and surveys for job sites and I wouldn't be able to last long with the regular book3 360's screen quality. Lots of pros ^^. Couple of cons: - Battery life is unimpressive. But im not usually away from a source of electricity so it isnt so impactful. Yet. - have had some laggy moments when using too many apps at once. But if you said "obviously: because I had too many apps open, I wouldnt argue against it seriously. So far, glad with my purchase.

A good choice with many attractive features.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Light for a 16” laptop. Very thin. USB-C charger is very small and light compared to standard chargers. Excellent screen. Very large track pad takes a little getting used to. Quiet. No detectable fan noise. Battery life is the one negative. A very sleek look.

The screen is beautiful. 2 things I really wanted lightweight and touchscreen - SCORE. The only thing I'm not too happy about is the battery charger; takes a lil too long. Bye Bye Apple
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love the versatility of the design. The battery performance is a big step up from its predecessor. I typically work in optimized mode and can get through a full workday of Zoom meetings, research, email, etc... The keyboard strokes have perfect travel and are surprisingly quiet, which is a huge win for when I'm in the zone and pounding out Slack messages at a mile a minute. This trackpad on the other hand... Way too large. I find myself constantly clicking links I didn't mean to click and ruining emails in the process. Please fix this in the next iteration. I was pleasantly surprised at the improvement of the speaker quality once Dolby Atmos is turned on but there's still plenty of room for improvement. The camera is.....not great. Samsung - PLEASE put a better camera in these $1800 laptops. I hate needing to carry around a separate webcam.
