I love this computer for school. I am a strict android user so having something that is like my phone and allows me to cross between the devices is so nice. I forget that it turns into a tablet and when I do it is very large. Not a bad feature but not something I use.

The laptop was an impressive machine when sitting in front of it. While it is a little big to use as a true tablet, the 360 motion really adds functionality. Overall I would say while its on sale, its a great buy!

Bought the Galaxy Book4 360 and I love it! Does everything I need and it's fast. I work from home so I needed something that I could have multiple tabs and programs open at once and this laptop has not let me down yet. Would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Great computer. Fast and capable. The keyboard and touch pad is placement is very functional. The screen is large and vibrant, the only down fall is the delicate screen. This computer would have gotten 5 stars but the screen can crack easily. Just be careful in transporting this laptop.

The AMOLED screen is gorgeous—vibrant colors and sharp detail. Love the 360° hinge and S-Pen for note-taking. Performance is smooth for multitasking, and battery lasts all day. Lightweight and easy to carry. Only wish there was more than 512GB storage, but overall an excellent laptop for work, school, and streaming!

Buying a laptop is a headache. Period. You just simply don't know which one to take. And what is best for you. But at best buy they know you. They help you get the best for what you need. And this is what they helped me choose. And they are right, I'm enjoying this so much. It's just an all in one laptop.

Really wanted to like this laptop, as the one I have now is getting a bit older. My current non-gaming laptop is a Samsung Galaxy Book 12, a tablet-style laptop with a detachable keyboard folio, similar to a Microsoft Surface. It’s an i5-8700, so getting quite slow. This laptop is fast, make no mistake. I like the form factor and the portability that it provides, and folding it over backwards to use as a tablet works well. My main complaint is that the screen is way too dim. For an AMOLED screen, it leaves a lot to be desired. Using it in a dark room is acceptable, but in a brightly lit room it starts to get washed out, and hard to read. There are hacks to boost the brightness of the screen using the Intel control center, but that is at the cost of color accuracy, battery life, and honestly really didn’t help all that much. My Book 12 is also an AMOLED screen, higher resolution, and much brighter. Using it in direct sunlight isn’t an issue, and at this point I clean installed Windows 11, debilitated it, shut down unnecessary services, and now have a reasonably performing laptop that I can keep using for now. If the screen was closer to 500-1000 nits, it’d be a winner, and my review would be 4 stars. The other nitpick, why only ports on 1 side of the laptop? Both USB-C ports are on one side, which makes it awkward in some situations where if they had put one on each side, it would make cable management much easier.

I have not had a tower computer in the past 20 years; I have had laptops and, recently, tablets. The Galaxy Tablet is the most accessible tablet I have had; it is user-friendly, and has built-in sensors to warn you to unplug when the battery has been charging too long to save battery life

This turned out to be a great buy. I've seen some iffy reviews, but the best review is to test yourself.I know you probably say Why not just go all '5". Well, it is mainly because I feel I have not had it long enough to feel I have enough use to give it "5" just yet.

I purchased online through Best Buy an Open Box Samsung laptop. When it was shipped to me (a day early, thank you) - it has ZERO drivers installed. I didn't know that was why the touchscreen, touchpad and keyboard didn't work, so I call BB and was instructed to drive 20 miles to the nearest BB, where I spent 2+ hours waiting for all the Drivers to be installed because they wiped the computer but never finished the install. I'm still struggling with Drivers on my own - My audio input (microphone) driver is incomplete and 3 hours on chat with Microsoft, 2 on chat with Samsung and another hour on chat with Best Buy and my options are to PAY $40 to take it to BB or reset the laptop, so that would be another afternoon away from work and paying more for something that should be here. I love the laptop and I'm not complaining about Best Buy. But this is a little much. Tech support in store - Josh - was amazing.

Screen is best I have ever used and this is coming from a macbook user. Cool to touch.
