Absolutely love my Galaxy Book5 Pro 360!!!! I just upgraded from my 4 and let my husband inherit it :-) Now we are both running seamlessly. This is by far the best laptop I have ever owned, much less purchased twice personally. I have a Galaxy Book 3 at work ---- great system.

My gf absolutely loves this laptop its everything she needs for either work or personal. the system runs smooth and there is no lag. plus the samsung ecosystem makes this perfect for her situation.

Haven't had a chance to check out all it can do yet, but so far it is an upgrade from my last computer. Just wish new computers would still have ports to connect older devices instead of having to buy multiple connectors and have a bunch of components sticking out all over. Disappointing.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 for work. It's probably more computer power than I needed but after reading many reviews about this laptop, I ended up making the purchase. It's replacing a Samsung Galaxy Book which needed to be retired. I heard about some reviews talking about the lack of 32GB Ram and haptic touch pad, but found this laptop performs fantastically well and have been very happy with my purchase.

I love how user friendly and easy my new laptop is to use! I'm not very tech savvy but I was able to navigate everything pretty easily. I also have a Samsung phone that pairs well with it. After I purchased my laptop I took it in for an appointment with Geek Squad which was really helpful and expedited the intial setup! It's a great Laptop and I'm happy with my purchase!

Great computer. I have been using galaxy book for over 8 years and every updated device works better every time.

I just bought this laptop and like everything about it---easy set up, keyboard, speed, etc....however, I am a virtual consultant and spend my entire day on zoom. It constantly loses internet connection so since I can't count on this laptop for work/to use for my business/to stay connected to the internet, it is just now an expensive computer for shopping and checking social media. Very disappointed.
