    This laptop has a good display and competes with an Apple MacBook Pro. Pros: Beautiful display. Great, responsive keyboard with large keys. It’s backlit and touchscreen. Con: Lags when multitasking with two monitors hooked up. I’ll be on a Zoom call for my PhD program and it lags when I type with OneNote during my online class. Also, the battery is well-under the guided range. It’s more like 6 hours of charge with average use. Otherwise, this is a pretty good laptop.

    A great laptop but it's running Windows 11 which is not a great OS but I can't blame Samsung for that. Everything about the laptop has been great. My problems have been with Microsoft .

    Love this laptop, the screen is so clear and beautiful colors. It is also so light and slim. Great customer service at the best buy store in Hurst Texas!

    This is an exact copy cat of a MacBook. Same space gray with identical black keyboard. It is a good machine, but, the key travel is too shallow, the typing experience leaves alot to be desired. Next big flaw is the display, text doesn’t look as sharp, everything is a bit soft. Also, the display has this mat flat finish to combact the reflections, but that totally changes the color and saturation of the display. What a shame, this could had been an excellent competitor to the MacBook, but the display and keyboard fall short.

    I loved my laptop, it is light and easy to use, the battery last over 12 h of use or even more. It is fast and it connects to my Samsung phone and tablet, it syncronizes easily with my items.
