Great staff....gus helped me make decision on wich lap top to choose...needed to change because os 10 t0 21...old computer over 5 yrs old.

Good, but not great

I love the screen and form factor of the Galaxy Book5 Pro, however, the keyboard and trackpad are what made me give it up. The keyboard just does not have enogh travel, and there is no reason why a laptop in 2025 has a subpar trackpad that lacks haptic feedback. Hopefully Samsung can fix these issues with future iterations.

Easy Return Process.

Upon receipt, the computer body seemed bigger than I expected even though I evaluated the physical dimensions before ordering. After a couple of days, I took the computer back to Best Buy. The return and refund process was easy. It was a pleasant experience.

Good, but sometimes lags

Pros: Beautiful display. Great, responsive keyboard with large keys. It’s backlit and touchscreen. Con: Lags when multitasking with two monitors hooked up. I’ll be on a Zoom call for my PhD program and it lags when I type with OneNote during my online class. Also, the battery is well-under the guided range. It’s more like 6 hours of charge with average use. Otherwise, this is a pretty good laptop.

Galaxy Book5 Pro Great - Win11 - not so much

Everything about the laptop has been great. My problems have been with Microsoft .
