I broke my old phone so I needed something affordable. This phone has all the features I need for communication, playing a couple games and Internet browsing. Samsung is a brand that I can rely on.

Bought this for my Wife to replace broken phone, good price and does everything she needs it to do. not the fastest phone but does the job at a cheap price

We got this phone for my 10 year old. It's perfect for what he needs.

i wanted an easy to use phone. I didn't need all the bells and whistles nor the cost associated with it. This phone is great for the money. Easy to use, nice clarity and a decent camera. I liked it so much we bought one for my husband.

Bought for mother in law who didn't want a phablet to carry. Small but decent screen size for basic app use and of course phone use. Certainly much more affordable than the premier phones like the Galaxy line.

I love the high quality Samsung puts into their phones! I had to switch carriers, and this is the cheapest phone you can get for Sprint. The only drawback, complaint I have is the storage. I went from 64GB on my Galaxy S6, to 16GB on this. With my pics I transferred over, I can only have a bare minimum amount of apps added. I wish I would've realized, or known that prior to my purchase. I would have gotten a phone with more GB. That's the only thing that wasn't explained to me.

My daughter got a working smart phone this year, so that she wouldn't fight with her sister on long trips in the car for vacations. She is able to play her games, and watch her shows. She doesn't make many calls, and barely knows how to text. But I think when she is ready too, watch out. I'm fairly impress with this smartphone. I think it is better than my S3 that I had 3 generations ago. Feels a lot better than most free phones, or pay as you go phones.

Downloads fast. Speedy internet. Clear pictures. Nice size screen.

The phone is good it does what it needs to do but I miss my windows phone. It was better organized, easier to work with and the directory was not scattered all aver the place.

This is a great phone for anyone. It is so easy to use and understand especially for anyone that is not to electronically inclinded. The camera also takes decent pictures.

Takes great photos with ease holds a charge longer than any I have had and has fast charge.

This phone is vwry reliable. The battery charges and last all day of use. The phone has good speed and good memory. Definitely good price value relationship.

Just got the galaxy 8 phones for my daughters. So far they love them. Had some issues with the best buy mobile store but did much better at the actual store.

Got this phone for my daughters first phone. It definitely fit the budget, and is very surprisingly well built. We haven’t had a single issue with it, yet. I highly recommend this phone. I just wish it was easier to find cases for.

I bought this phone for my son. At first I was going to go with a traditional flip phone, but realized that with parental controls and smartphone technology, this phone was the best deal for the money! It gives my son the capabilities of doing everything we do on our phones yet with a lesser cost to us plus I love the parental controls to see what he is doing when I need to or even when I dont. I like the idea of a good value phone for an inexpensive cost plus modern day tecnology that I can keep an eye on from my own phone.

This is a great first phone for the kids, its simple and looks good but the selection of cases is limited. Also, be aware that there are several versions of the J3 out there and the cases are not interchangeable. We found out the hard way when we ordered cases for the J3 then returned them at an expense greater than the original purchase! The screen protector doesn't fit well with the case.

Very easy to use learned most functions within the first day. It has great features for a very basic phone

it has all the fundamental needs for a teen. good pics, long enough battery life and of course, goo sound-quality.
