I love this phone. I recently switched from a HTC because I had no storage space. This one has plenty for all of my apps and it is much faster. The camera is much better too. I am completely satisfied.

great phone my 12 year old loves it! on the phone all day long, its fast tons of space for downloading apps and takes great pics with tons of storage!

Nicer size than my previous phone. Larger screen makes texting so much easier. think it will be great when I get my apps all set-up.

I am very happy with this phone. Nice amount of memory, camera takes nice pics, works well for everything I need.

My daughter bought this to replace a broken LG phone. It's a good basic phone and it works fine for her, but the picture quality on the camera isn't as good as what she had with the LG. Otherwise, no complaints.

This phone has a beautiful screen. It has a powerful processor, and lots of RAM so there is very little lag when you ask it to do something. Samsung make great phones.

I don't get all text notifications all the time, but I certainly get every other notification all night long, keeping me awake. Can't find a way to pick and choose which notifications to keep silent at night, yet keep others on. Also, (and this is a major issue for me) my voice-to-text repeats itself, even changing the words down the line. I can't find a solution to this. Samsung seems to overly complicate things that should be self-explanatory, requiring a lot of headaches. Like, my text window has to be completely closed to get a notification chime when I get a new text. Returning this, and going back to LG.

Good phone, better than a basic smart phone. Faster than the last one, with better pictures also. More bang for my bucks.

This was my first smart phone (had a dumb cell), I thought the price was good and I got a monthly plan for a reasonable rate. The sales person was WONDERFUL, He took care of activation, changed my Virgin Mobile account to the new phone, transferred my contacts and gave me a tutorial.

Very pleased with this phone. Has served me well and can't complain for what i paid for it ! Can text, call, use web and love listening to music ⭐

Does everything a smart phone should. This is my second phone because I dropped it & the screen is now messed up., the phone is kinda slow if your doing two things at a time and the keyboard is not smart at all.

I replaced my older phone and am really enjoying this one. I also appreciate the price - very reasonable - as I am 78 years of age. I love these extra features, too!

This was an emergency replacement when out of town on vacation. The Best Buy sales associate was very helpful and recommended this phone; and he was able to get a price match on it too! The phone works well and has additional RAM so it is faster than my old HTC. It’s a bit larger & the camera is not that great but I’m still kind of glad that my old phone got dropped in the commode! I would recommend this phone if you are not looking for anything fancy.

Purchased for my 13 yr. Old. He loves it. Has no problem. Long lasting battery. Runs great.

This is a good phone that can keep up with me and not lag like some other androids and HTC's. Camera is excellent too!

Easy to use phone with a great camera. It comes with plenty of memory and it is easy to add more via a micro SD.

Great starter phone for 10yr old, he loved getting his first one, loaded it up with cool games & texting during the day seeing how winter recess is going makes him happy

I haven't had time to check out everything, but it's a nice phone. Good size and feel. Clear graphics. Definitely nice to have 16 gb memory.

I went from an 8gig phone to this 16gig j3, and so far I have been extremely happy with its performance. It has lots of goodies I enjoy.

Considering the new Galaxy phones are over $600 this phone is good for the price. Over all I am satisfied with my phone.
