The phone seems simple to operate, with a booklet of clear instructions. Information is included about a variety of methods for getting help with any questions. That's good for someone like me that needs some guidance on this!

Phone works great so far but I'm disappointed that I can't use the for any service provider, for example if I decide to go with another service provider in the future.

Bought it just for my boy to play games. Holds pretty good charge and it's a Samsung brand we like. I can't review call quality or signal, just because we did not activate any service. WiFi is great.

This really is a good, affordable phone if you aren't doing major gaming. It's an easy set up and use phone if you aren't looking for tons of use AND it looks GREAT!

Runs all apps very well. Fast. Easy. It's a touch bigger and clunkier than the most recent model. Camera isn't quite as nice, but is easy to use and takes great pictures. Home key is a bit of a throwback and feels out of place. I feel like some of the controls are a little touchy for my taste and I'm accidentally hitting "back" when trying to watch video. Also, the speaker placed on the side is often covered by my fat fingers when I try to hold the phone in landscape. Overall, it's a quality phone that I would definitely recommend

More storage (16GB) coupled with 2GB and the octa-core processor provides you with plenty of storage & power to download & run all of your favorite applications without suffering performance problems or running out of space.

Had one--case cracked after I had it a long time&my fault--had to get a new one--covered--had to order new one and then send in old to get credit now rather than just exchange in the store. GREAT low priced Tracphone.

Good and solid for my son's first smart phone. Prepaid and lasted a year. Still works, but upgraded him to an Iphone

J3 is an upgrade and it almost helps me with my moving on. The Officejet is beautiful and responsive--also easier to use than my worn out old one.

Haven't everything this phone can do, but what I've learned is great. This phone does almost everything that the big dollar phones. Sometimes, you get what you pay for. Not in this case. Highly recommend this phone. Well worth it if you have limited funds.

Upgrade from flip phone. Pretty easy to understand for basic use which is my preference. Seems to hold a charge well. Great phone for my use.
