Had a Moto Xoom that was getting old. Picked up the Galaxy Note 8 and I can't put it down. Love the S-pen feature makes taking notes at meeting a breeze. The whole concept of the s-pen blows the ipad away. The only complaint I have is with the fast battery drain. After recharge I turn it on and it goes from 100% to 80% within a half hour. Other then that it's a great tablet.

I was getting bored with my old Kindle, so I decided to look around for new choices. I considered the Kindle Fire, the Google Nexus 7, and the Samsung Note 8. After some research, I decided that the Kindle Fire was still limited, the Nexus 7 was old tech, and the Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 was exactly what I was looking for -- the right size, the right features, the right everything. At $399, it was more expensive than the other two possibilities, but I am so happy that I didn't allow this purchase to be driven by price. I use my tablet every day and have never been happier with a tech purchase!

It's a very compact tablet, the size is perfect for me to put in my purse. The weigh is light.The best part is there is dual screen which I could do 2 things at a time.

I didn't know at first if a tablet would do everything that I wanted it to. I really wanted to ultimate combination between smartphone and computer. The Samsung Galaxy Note is the perfect fit. I would recommend it, or the version a size/grade up to anyone.

Bought this as my first tablet and decided to go this one as it was identical to my Note3 phone. If you have a Note phone than this is the tablet you want. Easy to use even for a beginner and the stylus pen would make it great for college or on the job.

This tablet is seriously awesome! I love android over apple and there is no comparison to the price over apple products. Also, having this tablet be 8" versus the standard 10" makes it easier to handle and more portable. Also, the main difference between the Galaxy Note versus the Galaxy tab is really just the S-pen, but the S-pen makes a world of difference! There is so much you can do with the S-pen and it makes everything a lot cooler. Overall, I would say this is the best tablet on the market.

I already had the note 2 phone and note 10.1 tablet but wanted I size between those two. I was thinking about purchasing an ipad mini but the salesperson convinced me to go with the note 8.0 since the learning curve would be very small. Also apps I had already purchased would be available on the note 8.0. I would have to repurchase apps if I bought the ipad mini. The note has expandable memory, ipad mini does not. I've been completely satisfied with my purchase. Highly recommend the note 8.0.

Excellent tablet has wonderful features - Bluetooth, Sd card slot, GPS enabled and an abundance of apps. Great for both business and play. Would be a fantastic student tablet. Its light weight and very portable.

After months of shopping and going between tablet and laptop, I finaaly desided on sansung tablet and I am very happy with the ease of use and portability and find camera outstanding

i bought this to replace a 10' tablet (different make) and was impressed with the NOTE stylus. It is a great tool and I like it a lot. The smaller size is easier to carry around and I can see it just fine. But why the heck do they make these with slippery backs? It is hard to hold onto, especially in a moving or crowded area.

the Samsung - Galaxy Note 8.0 - 16GB - White works great and holds a good charge. the screen changes smoothly no stuttering between screens. would recommend to others.

I would recommend this to anyone it is fantastic I love the camera and all the futures. This is so easy to use and works so fast. I click on something and boom I am there. This is great I would tell everyone to buy this.

Very Good Tablet, I wanted a smaller Tablet that I can take when I travel. it’s easy to hold and use, excellent sound, sharp graphics really fast as far as the limited battery life is concerned with this tab expect 4-6 hours, this is why I purchased an external Charger. The Neptor ET-NP 100K it’s a 10000mAH I can charge my phone and this tablet at the same time. I got mine from www.frys.com

I am very Happy with my Note! I can do everything on it from reports to fitness videos. I Love the fact that I can wirelessly stream videos and music from the Note to my T.V. It's very light and takes pretty good pics

This is a pretty nice tablet. It has a fast processor, memory is expandable with external micro-sd card support and it has a nice screen. The back cover is plastic, that flexes quite a bit. At this price range I would have expected a sturdier metal/aluminum backing. Still, it is a very competitive tablet.

Bought the product so I could have a larger screen and am discovering great features like the pen that comes with it. This is a very well thought out product that is wonderfully executed. Would highly recommend.

I very much like my Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0. Though I was not previously familiar with the Android operating system, I am gradually becoming more familiar with it. This device allows me plenty of mobility and, as I'm learning, it can do just about anything! I can surf the web and or listen to music when ever I like. The size of the unit is just right - not too big, not too small - which makes portability convenient. It also allows me to easily keep in touch with family that all live out of state. And as they say, there's an app. for just about anything. I'm glad I made this purchase.

Bought the Samsung 8.0 for my daughter as a replacement for a new iPad she had used the previous school year. At first she complained about things being so different from the New iPad. Now she can hardly put it down and won't ever go back to needing or wanting an iPad. I'm thinking of replacing my iPad 2 with the 10 inch Samsung tablet. I'm so impressed, way to go Samsung!

My wife loves this.It is just a great size tablet, awesome resolution and features. Micro sd slot to EXPAND your memory. The pen has a nice interface. Great apps from google, just an overall great purchase.
