I'm enjoying my Samsung Note 20. It's really fast...I told a friend about this phone and he went and purchased one as well. I would definitely recommend this phone

Great phone. Upgrade from Note 5, which was still working but advised that its technology was getting outdated. Note 20 keeps charge for 3+ days.

Love my new phone is being behaving fabolous to me!!! Upgrading is always great and feel so sophisticated with new super good camera a win to me.

Great for what I do with work and personal life. I have to sign a lot of documents so DocuSign app and S Pen are my friends. Also download a lot of drawing apps and games to use the pen for my daughter.

5G with all the new bells and whistles. I needed more memory and speed. Really like using the stylus with the Note feature. I depend on Samsung for reliability.

I love this phone as I can take notes in my own handwriting. I upgraded from s10. The only thing I miss is that I cannot measure oxygen saturation level.

I'm a big Samsung fan and this phone appears to be great based on what I heard from those who have it and the features that come with it. However, after giving it more thought and consideration, I decided to return it and instead wait to see if the price goes down. I currently have a Galaxy 8+ that is in good condition. So to buy a $700 phone was really a "want" than a need. I'm hoping that it will come down a little more after the S21 comes out.

As a regular customer at Best Buy, I had the pleasure of meeting a Geek Squad Supervisor, Ben, at the Holyoke location. He was very highly professional and attentive to my needs. He not only assured me that I would be given the best service, but he stood nearby in case there was any problem. Joshua, clerk who setup my phone, was extremely courteous and very friendly which enable me to relax knowing I was getting great service. Dionesaha, customer service clerk, was equally pleasant and helpful. Needless to say, I am a highly satisfied customer. Thanks!

This is definitely an excellent phone. The phone works great and looks great. Looks have never been a big deal to me as I always put an otterbox on my phone which hurts the look a bit. If you're looking for a better LOOKING phone go for the ultra, otherwise this phone functions the same. The lower screen refresh rate is barely noticeable as compared to the ultra, so I would definitely recommend this product over its higher end version.

I love my phone! It's a little big (haha), but has all the features, external storage, and best camera a person could want.

So far so good. This phone has a really great camera that takes beautiful pictures. I am still learning the phone since I have never had a galaxy note before.

I wanted to surprised my husband for his birthday. I went and bought this new Galaxy Note 20 to replace his old Galaxy S5. Believe me it made it so much easier for him when he does his meetings, setting schedules, etc. specially now because of covid he has to work from home. He was very happy and definitely surprised. He love his new phone.

So far its been amazing. I was disappointed with the ear bud port no longer on there but Samsung sent me some other buds to make up for it.

MY WIFE LOVES THIS PHONE. EXCEEDED HER EXPECTATIONS. VERY EASE TO USE AND SET UP. SHE LOVES THE COLOR. PICTURE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT.

Wifes phone and she like it alot. She uses it all the time. Wish it had a place for a SD card thats the only draw back to it.
