Poor Reception, poor data connpoor software design
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1- Reception is poor. 2- Data connection unstable where the data connection totally drops and you have to reboot to gain it back. 3- When you get asked about application to use to open a file.... Etc there is no option to use the app just once. It automatically sets it as a default.

The best smartphone of 2015
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I previously owned the Note 3 and Note 4 so I was already a fan of the Note line. With the Note 5, Samsung hit a game-winning home run. The 5.7" display is bright and sharp with vibrant colors. The Exynos 7420 octa core processor is fast. 4GB of RAM allows you to multi-task with ease. The 16mp camera is arguably the best smartphone camera you can get. It takes beautiful stills with lots of detail and can also record 4K video. My only concern is that there is no 128GB version. 64GB is a decent amount of storage but if you record a lot of 4K video or have a lot of music, you'll want to either use a cloud service or get a micro USB dongle. The S-Pen has software that is useful and innovative. Overall, the Note 5 is by far the best phone I've ever owned.

Mostly good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a good phone. A few issues as all phones have. Like not wanting to share data with my pads or lap top. Setting backgrounds is also too difficult.

Bluetooth problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bluetooth is worthless on this phone since the last update and AT&T won't update the Note 5 to Marshmallow.

Had my concerns but Great Phone!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone has been more than beyond from what I had expected. Its really fast, doesn't lag and feels really premium within my hand. Best Buy was definitely helpful in getting upgraded to the Note 5 from my Lumia 1520. Also, the S-Pen is really responsive and I use it quite a lot to make notes. I would recommend this phone to anyone who needs a quality phone. I know there isn't any microSD card and removable battery but this phone has its own merits and is definitely in a class of its own. I'm an avid user of cloud services such as One Drive and I always have a power bank battery so those two issues are near non-existent for me. I believe its one of the best Android phones in the market today.
