This is my 4th galaxy phone and it has only gotten better. The note 9 feels good in your hands, it has an awesome camera, and it's super fast. The battery life is really good too.

Have had 11 galaxy devices over the years this is the first one that feels the "Right Size", Processor is snappy and enough memory and battery life to make it through a busy day.

Plenty of memory, large screen, headphones inlluded are better quality than my bluetooth headphones. Great features and pictures. Definitely better thabthan an iPhone.

I upgraded from the note 8. I thought it would not be a big difference but the camera and battery are excellent. I love the large screen but it still fits in my pants pocket.

I have been using it over the year and the performance of the phone is fantastic. Battery life and speed is great. It is still performing as if it is pretty new.

So great, does so much for the cost. Camera ,screen processor so crystal clear and quick. With 128gb now its Ridiculous. Added unlimited data nothing can stand in your way.

I wasn't going to upgrade until the Galaxy S10 came out but one of my close friends told me that I would regret not doing this upgrade. I upgraded from an S9+ which is pretty fast and epic But the Note 9 has exceeded all my expectations. Great battery life, insane performance and so easy on the hands and ergonomic even tho it looks big. Its comfortable on the hands and on the eyes. Favorite phone so far. 5 Stars!!!!!

I upgraded from a 3-year old Samsung Galaxy s6 edge plus. This phone has a super clear screen and a lot of memory. It is fast and works well. I highly recommend this phone.

My last Not was a 6 and I loved it but found myself not using the pen much. Picked up a 7 Edge and then an 8+ and both were workhorses for me but I missed my Note. Bought a Note9 and glad I did! Pros: 6.4" Quad HD+ Super AMOLED (2960x1440) 516 ppi is gorgeous 4000mAh battery keeps my phone alive for almost 36 hours S Pen features are useful; pause and play youtube video, take a remote photo, precise screenshots, and control powerpoint presentations to name a few. Cons: If you're upgrading from Note8, then you probably would be better off waiting for the S10 from an innovation perspective.

My wife wanted a phone with a bigger screen, this is it. We went from the galaxy 7 to the note 9, everything is better. Screen, battery, pictures, they're all better.

I love the new Note. It's faster than the 8, better picture, the stylus works like a boss, and the best part is that it has not exploded. I love this phone.

I have almost zero complaints on this phone. It's gorgeous, huge, with a massive battery (8am-midnight usage with battery still remaining). Plus the SPen is legit.

This is my personal phone upgrading from the S7 Edge and I'm loving the camera and how fast it is. It never runs out of battery and I use it heavily.

The Note9 is amazing, from what you can do with the camera, to the long battery life. The screen shows vibrant colors whether you're stretching video or editing pictures you took with the amazing cameras & it's features. It has great sound & comes with great akg earbuds. The earbuds didn't fit great out of the box because they have to be secure in the ears for the best sound, but they come with extra tips so that you can get a great fit. I haven't gotten into a whole lot of the other features yet, but I plan to soon. It was easy to set up myself too.

This phone has it all. Great screen. Great professor for fast performance, and the battery lasts much longer than my Note 5. Worth every penny.

The first thing that drew me in was the s pen and the built in DeX. The camera takes great pictures and has enough storage to hold all of them.

This is my 5th Samsung phone a d this one by far is the best. Camera is excellent. Stylus works great. Size is awesome and it's very fast...

The Note 9 is a replacement for my Note 5. The battery life on the Note 9 is much better than my Note 5. I was able use the phone the entire day on a single charge; including 3 hours of heavy use browsing the internet and playing videos. The larger screen is really nice and the beveled screen is a subtle touch that enhances the phone. In short I would definitely recommend the Note 9 if you are in the market for a new phone.

Ive had an iPhone since the first generation and I decided to try something new. Coming from an iPhone, Android is not the scary glitchy monster it used to be portrayed as. I'm enjoying this phone quite a bit. The screen is beautiful, the customizations are fantastic, the battery life is awesome. I can use the phone screen without special touchscreen gloves! Best feature is the combined facial, iris, and fingerprint sensor!

And this phone has been amazing for the transition. Beautiful screen and camera, amazing performance, and insanely good battery life.
