I thought I was upgrading from the Galaxy S 3 to the Galaxy S 5.but the S 5 does not perform the way the S3 did and is quite frankly inferior. I would have never spent the money on the S5 had I known then what I know now..

Battery swelling withing 6 month. Best Buy does not fix problem saying its factory warranty. Samsung America is saying its not fixing problem since phone is from United Arab Emirates. Samsung UAE saying its not fixing problem because it only offers local warranty. All point to the other to solve it. Been around the circle twice now. Will shop electronics through amazon from now. And they will not be Samsung anymore.
