He dealt with alot from customers before us and still kept his cool and had a very friendly demeanor. The process was super smooth and easy thanks to the employees in the phone dept. I had just left the att store who were completely unhelpful and it was night and day when I came to best buy. Can't say enough good things about the young man who helped us (can't remember his name).

My criticism is that it doesn't have screen mirroring and it came with a lot of bloat ware apps that I don't need. My LG had screen mirroring built in the system, the Samsung I have to download an app to do this. I don't like the Samsung app store because they charge you for apps where as The play store the apps are free.
