Its basically trash now and I still owe over $500 on it. I work very hard over 12 hours a day most days and since I still have a job during the pandemic I thought it would be nice to get something for myself. Big mistake. This is the kind of thing that happens to me all the time but during these difficult and depressing days this latest blow really has me questioning whether its worth continuing on.

Poor camera focus in add-on apps.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If I am ever trying to use an app other than the samsung camera app, such as SnapChat or WhatsApp, the camera rarely stays focus, or starts out focused. I've never had this issue with previous Galaxy series and its extremely disappointing as I expected a better camera experience all around. Also, I've experienced a delay in touch quite frequently on the screen. Whether I'm texting or trying to click on a link, I often have to refresh the page or back out and go back in to complete what I want to do. I probably would have exchanged it if I didn't have to pay a restocking fee.

Speaker sound is very low even in maximum volumen level, phone apps cratched constantly. So in other words money not well spent.

The screen is huge and finger print scanner is great! Front facing camera has a cool light around it when changing between cameras. Love how quick the phone is and the ability to multitask more efficiently comes in handy.

Unfortunately, the S8 is swimming with the fishies now, pop of the clip and fell of my Boat. A lesson learned LOL. Purchased the S10 + Change the Orig Screen saver as advised by the Best Buy salesperson the fingerprint works fine. The camera is great, The phone will take a while to get use to, as the S8 was smaller. I gave 5 Star so far but might reduce to 4. My other phone a an LED light light up when I missed a call or text. The S10+ as far as I can see does not have one. This is a problem for me because of my Business, I can't afford to miss a call if I have the sound off or I'm away from the phone. I hope I missed something in the settings, I could find anything. Can some one help.??

The leaning curve was minimal, mostly because Yaya, from the Geek Squad, did such a fabulous job setting up the new phone and partly because it has a lot of features similar to my old phone. The S10 has a lot of new features, that I haven't even begun to try yet. So far, I'm glad that I upgraded to this phone. Now I can "Zoom" with our family in California, something I couldn't do on the 7 -- no audio.
