I would love to do an actual review of this product but since Best Buy still hasn't delivered it yet makes it a little hard. Pre-ordered this item was told it would be ready for pick up on February 25th. That day comes and goes, no heads up from Best Buy that this is delayed and when I ask them about can't give me any estimate on when I will be getting my phone. Best part is, I don't have the phone but get emails from them hoping I have been enjoying the phone and here the accessories we sell for the phone you don't have yet. Then email to review the phone so here we are, nice job with your communication and logistics.

they moved the volume up and down replacing where the power button should be BAD MOVE since by reflex we go to turn on/off the phone and instead are turning off the sound very very bad -

Preordered the phone and have yet to hear anything about when it may arrive, but I do get emails asking to review my purchases, so they could theoretically send out a mass email giving some sort of time frame. I didn't get the color I wanted to begin with and now its almost a month past and I can't change anything about the order. I get demand is high so why wasn't orders capped or told at the time of order there was most likely going to be a lengthy delay?
I'm hoping to be able to recommend the phone otherwise I feel like I've wasted time and money.

I was ready to purchase this phone until it came time for the sales rep to install the glass protective shield. There were only two left in stock, which they knew, and two reps managed to screw both installations up. They then told me they didn't know when they'd get any more so I left with my old phone. Train your people!!!

The phone itself as long as all the features work is probably the best phone out there. However for this particular experience, the camera failed exactly in 30 days. Luckily still under warranty and was able to get replacement.

I will review the Galaxy S22 I ordered on Feb 14th, when and if, the phone is ever delivered. Requests for reviews should likely be delayed, as the delivery of the phone.

Don't ever bother pre-ordering

I get that the demand for this phone exceeded expectations. But to not have an update is unacceptable. I can't change anything about my order (I would be fine switching colors if that meant I'd get it sooner). It just says "in progress".
I pre-ordered a month ago, with the expectation to pick up on Feb 25th. I got the least popular model. To not have an estimate on the date is frustrating.
Next time, I'm just going to wait until it's released and buy it from Verizon directly.
