This matters cause i ordered a laptop once and did not recieve the charger for it. Anyway, the phone looks and works brand new and tbe battery life is amazing Only issue was paying for it. For some reason it was paid for and the money taken out of my bank. 704 by thw way. Then all the sudden the 704 is refunded back to me and they charged me twice for the phone sending my account into the negatives. It was fuxed the next day because my bank said it was some pre-authotization charge. Still dont really know why they needed to do that but whatever. I got the phone it works amazing and it takes AMAZING pictures.
