Great phone Great pics wonderful design No need for another Samsung Samsung S9 plus is the best.

Easy to use phone. Size of screen is perfect. Easy to install apps. Easy to bring over data from old phone.

The phone has a much better camera and video than the Galaxy 7. Battery life seems to be much better.

I switched over from an iPhone - which for so long I continued to say I would never leave the Apple brand - but was convinced otherwise recently to switch over to the Android operating system. While some things are different, Samsung has outdone itself with its new phones (I was a Samsung user prior to Apple - had a horrific time with the first versions of their smartphones). The quality of the pictures that this phone can take is almost equivalent to what my DSLR can do! Plus, the look and feel of the operating system does remind me more and more of Apple - with Samsung messaging (read receipts, see when someone is typing)... it feels like I never left iPhone. I am thoroughly impressed. The only thing I am concerned about is the life expectancy of the phone. My iPhone held up for 5+ years... so I'm hoping this phone can do the same!

This phone is amazing!!! The phone tech department in Lake Geneva was awesome and should be given raises for helping me switch over my number from ATT, who was being difficult, to the new phone. Battery is so much better from motorola and love all the new tech is comes with, I cannot thank Best Buy in Lake Geneva enough for all that they have done to help me!!!

This is an incredible phone. Best one I've ever owned. Do not like Bixby at all, however, everything else is flawless!

i love my galaxy s9+. I upgraded from an S7 and the improvement is amazing. No more lag, the battery is way better, etc

I have had many Samsung phones, including the S8+ right before this one. I decided to upgrade and turn my phone back into my carrier to get the newest one. I would say this is not a necessary upgrade if coming from an s8, but, this phone is much more than meets the eye. Samsung took customer feedback into consideration and changed a few but crucial things. Fingerprint reader has a much better location. Stereo speakers sound amazing (although not the best out there). The display of course is the best ever on a smartphone. They kept a headphone jack! The 6GB of RAM paired with the need 845 chipset is a noticeable improvement and mitigates some of the laggy Samsung UI problems. A few features in Oreo that I've been using for years were removed so that's a tad frustrating. I hope it's fixed in future updates. I went bold and got the lilac color. I usually get black, but I'm really enjoying the lilac. It's beautiful and is a welcome change Overall, if you're already a Samsung fan you will love this device. It's no pixel 2, but they did an impressive job. I would rate an 8.5/10

Bought this phone when my upgrade was available. Great phone with lots of features. Definitely better than my SG7+.

Upgraded from my Galaxy s6 edge. Everything run smooth, pictures are amazing and plaing games are so much fun.

I was a Apple guy. Been with Apple since iPhone three. This is my first android-based phone. I did some research and comparison And this phone is WOW! From the built-in speaker, camera, graphics, everything. There is a learning curve and I'm getting there. The sales people at Best Buy are the best, they know their stuff. They have and continue to help me when I have questions. They also have in store free classes or seminars for you to get the most out of your phone.

Finally upgraded from Samsung Note 5 to S9+. Good price, faster also better camera...so far so good.

Phone purchased to replace a 6 year old LG. Happy with the service from Best Buy who was able to down load all my info from the old phone to the original sales person who explained the ins and outs of the phone and the contract. The phone hasn't had any problems adjusting to the older owner who is able to scroll, listen to music, send texts and sync it with his 2018 Passat. Only had the phone for about a month and so far so good.

Have had my new phone for a week now and am enjoying the larger screen. (Old phone was a Galaxy S7) Eveything transferred between the 2 phones easily. Several features are the same but learning the new has been easy. Ordered my new phone on my tablet and had it delivered to my home. Nothing could have been easier. Best Buy web site gave me all the information I needed and was able to compare with other phones to make the decision quick and painless.
