This is my 3rd Samsung phone and I have liked each one. Easy to use, and dependable. The camera on the 9+ is fantastic! Takes the best pictures I have seen. The phone also great for playing games, the graphics are so clean and crisp. The only down fall I have with the 9+ is Bixby. I truly hate Bixby. It is the worst voice to text operation I have ever used. That is why I gave the phone a 4 star rating. You can use google voice to text but you have to pick that option each time. I have not found a way to make google my deflate setting yet, phone is new.

I have had iPhones my whole smartphone life. Let me say I am not missing the iPhone. It took me 1 day to figure this out and get back all my old apps. The features and speed of this phone are insane. The camera is by far the best. And all the screens are really customizable. This is a fantastic option for anyone.

This phone size is great. Had to give up the note during the recall, got the s7 because I had to, but hated giving up the screen size. So when this became available, I made the switch and I am very happy. The camera is great, best on any phone I have owned so far and the option to have AR emoji is fun.

My son talked me into getting these phones as he is a Galaxy lover. So, buy one get one free sounded good to me. He is happy and I am still learning about the phone and all the bells and whistles. The phone is heavier than the one i used to have, the screen is bigger as well. Camera is remarkable!

I have had pretty much all the galaxy phones except the 8. I was so disappointed in the 6 that I actually thought about going to the apple dark side.its a good thing I didn't.the size on this phone is great it takes great pictures and there are so many features I haven't even used yet!

Purchased this phone to replace my Galaxy 7 Active. The screen quality is much better, takes great pictures and the battery life is much better than our older phone. The offer at Best Buy was much better than what we could get at other phone stores.

The battery life is great on this phone and I love the big screen. It’s fast and does what I need it to, which are the basics.

I'm happy with my choice of the S9+ and I love the Sunrise Gold color! So far I'm impressed with it's capabilities and it takes great pictures. The size of the phone is a plus for those of us with aging eyesight. I really like the touch sensor being on the back of the phone.

This is by far the best phone I have used. Speed is fantastic, Dolby Atmos is powerful audio, and the battery lasts all day with heavy use. It's integration with the Galaxy watch is great too.

We were not planning on getting S9's, but we started playing with the demo phones in the show room and we fell in love with them. Great battery life for those that only use them for texting, Facebook, and phone calls. The camera makes the phone an amazing purchase.

Samsung got this one right -- like the ones in the past. I love the layout, I love the feel (a little more 'solid' than the S7 Edge I moved from) and the speed and memory is good. I wish the battery would last longer. I get 10 hours or so on a single charge. The new charging port (mini-USB) is a pain as no cord I already had will work. And I can't use the same cord to charge my bluetooth and my phone -- now I have to carry around two charging centers when traveling -- I can see me losing one or both with each trip.

Love the upgraded camera as well as the battery life. I work on my phone all day and still have 40%battery life after 10hrs. Better than the 9 and make sure you are ready to buy all charging stations etc as it takes a different charger than the universa style.

Just purchased this phone for my son. He had a Samsung GS7, and was due for an upgrade. He was estatic upon receiving this for his birthday. He loves the bigger screen and enjoys watching videos with great sound and playing Fortnite on this BIG bad boy.

Bought this for my parents. They love how fast this is, as with all androids it’s very user friendly. I wish iPhones were this easy to use and didn’t have so many steps to arrive at the same destination that android does with fewer steps.

This phone with the larger screen is definitely a keeper. It is easy to use and coral blue is a good alternative to black.

I've had this phone for a month now, and it works great, has many great features. Of course the camera is amazing, which is one of the things Samsung has been promoting. I'm coming from an S5, so it was definitely upgrade time. No complaints here!

So much faster than the S7, yet still operates pretty much te same so it's an easy upgrade. Wish it still had the micro USB charger though. The camera is simply amazing. I haven't even delved into all the phone features yet. Super phone!

Recently upgraded my phone through Best Buy because the rebates were far better than from the AT&T store. I last had a galaxy s7, and so far this phone is a MUCH better upgrade. The phone itself is faster and I really like the larger screen.

Works great. My mom loves this phone. Takes great pictures. Very easy to use. Android is definitely more innovative than Apple has been in the past few years as they had the fingerprint technology many years before Apple.
