Not as I expected from Samsung

I reset it 2xs it doesn't turn on , the volume didn't work when it was working and the headphone jack also did not work. It is being returned asap. Got as a gift very disapointed

2 days and already says low storage

Gave to my mom as a gift and 2 days later it keeps popping up message low storage. All she has is Netflix and Hulu. I am ready to return this item.
