Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Mine doesnt really work. ive been to geeksqaud like 4 times because it wouldnt charge! ive got it july of 2023 and ive been there 4 times and another 4 times to pick it up. if it wasnt for my protection plan, it would have been expenive to fix.

There does not seem to be a consistent process for preparing these devices for a new owner. I ordered a tablet listed in excellent condition only to receive a tablet that was still registered to the original owner. There was still a pin password assigned which prevented me from using the tablet. Even performing a factory reset ends in failure as the device will still recognize that the email used to set up the device doesn't match. Tablets in this condition are literally useless as Geek Squad, Samsung nor Google can do anything to bypass this. It may be tempting to save 20-30 dollars on an open box but I strongly advise not to, at the very least avoid purchasing online and have it shipped. At least if it is a local device you can have them check it out before you leave. Avoid online purchase! Save yourself the hassle.
