Best Buy customer service is the worst. We have been very good customers of Best Buy over the years (televisions, computers, printers, etc.) I ordered this a Samsung tablet for my husbands for his birthday. It arrived July 12 and I gave it to him for his birthday in early August. It would turn on and you could play games for a while, then the screen would go black. It would eventually come back on, but you do not know for how long. We took it back to the North Olmsted store. The clerk said no problem, they would exchange it. Then he said oops, there is a 14-day limit on returns. He called the manager who said too bad and refused to talk to us. When I got home, I called customer service and got the "Too Bad" answer. The moral of the story is "Don't buy a present from Best Buy because you will not be able to return it if it breaks or doesn't work.
