Great tablet. I replaced my nook and was afraid everything would not transfer. It’s perfect. I really didn’t want to re-learn a new system. The Samsung rep at Skokie IL store took care of me. Such a nice man bc and so helpful.

This is a great tablet. Ay 11 inches it is a good suze screen. It is light weight and has ample hard drive space. It zips right along. It also has good battery life.

Replaced 2 tablets over 5 years old. Major upgrade in battery life and storage capacity. Had held off on doing this because of difficulty in transferring data from apps. Found a program that facilitated that, so retired both my older tablets. Couldn't be happier.

this tablet is fast and works good it surprised me a lot has lots of storage make sure it has 8gb and 128gb thats the one you want you will not be disappointed

I loved the tablet, it's very easy to use, the front camera has a good image, the volume is very good, I use it for my online classes and it works perfectly.

Tablet purchased May 30, 2024. Mainly used to read books, and download netflix to watch while traveling. Started having issues with the A9's wi-fi, a couple of months after purchase. Noticed webpages taking longer to load, and wi-fi connectivity kept getting slower and slower. I'd notice the wifi icon go from white, connected, and then go gray, disconnected, every 10 seconds. I'd stand by my home router with no improvement. Supposedly, the tablet has a 1 year warranty. Called Samsung Support on October 15, and was told it would be covered under warranty. I shipped it to their repair center, and they received it. 7 days later I receive an email (10/22) stating that after careful consideration, they decided that it's not under warranty. No explanation as to why it's not under warranty. I paid $269 for this, and they want to charge me $172 to fix it. It's only 5 months old. I tried calling Samsung that same day, and was in the call queue on hold for 30 minutes, when the call dropped. That happened twice. Decided to call first thing in the morning, when they opened. Called and was on hold 27 minutes, before the call was dropped. Called right back, and got through. Checked email (10/23), and saw that Samsung is shipping unrepaired tablet back to me, still no explanation. Spoke to Samsung Customer Service and the rep was able to give me an explanation. He stated that warranty was voided due to motherboard damage, due to impact, and that it would need replacing. I keep a case on the tablet. It may have dropped from my desk, onto the carpeted floor maybe twice. The wi-fi chip is soldered on the motherboard. The only way to replace anything on this tablet, is to replace the entire motherboard. All components are soldered on. Very convenient to use this as an excuse to void warranty. Wish I'd looked at the complaints on reddit, because evidently poor wi-fi connectivity is a common issue with this model of tablet. Avoid Samsung. Some may say that I should have handled with care better. I'm an adult, so I don't intentionally drop my electronic devices. I paid too much money to be careless. But you live an learn. Last Samsung product for me. This is the second Samsung product that I own, that didn't live up to expectation.

Easy to setup, connected to my w-fi, no issues. Coping info from my old tablet was simple. So far good battery life. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Great tablet fot playing games and surfing the net. Add some microsoft apps and it makes a great on the resource for business purposes

I bought this tablet for my wife to replace a tablet that quit on her. She loves this tablet, works fast abd no problems associated with it.

This is a great tablet, does all i need it to do. Like the dex capabilities. Acts almost like a laptop.
