Plenty of sound out of speakers. Can't think of anything negative to say about it so far. purchased as open box item. got the book case and glass screen protector as well

Bought this as a gift for my grandmother. She wanted a tablet to play games on and this was a great choice! She uses it every day! Just make sure to purchase a good protective case!

Works very well but the outer case for protection is kinda wonky. It was a purple outer case which I can't remember the manufacturers name

I replaced my 8year old Samsung tablet that I was having trouble with the amount of storage other than that I have no complaints with my old tablet. I replaced it with the Galaxy Tab A9. I really like the Samsung tablets. I am excited with all the storage I have on my new tablet.

If you have a samsung phone, then using this galaxy tab will be super simple! The icons on your galaxy phone mimic the icons on this tablet. So far, I love it!

I am so happy with my Samsung Galaxy Tablet. I am not a tech person and I am elderly, so I need a user friendly tablet that is easy to set up and use. This tablet is it.

After a small glitch during setup the tablet has performed as expected. Be aware there are some reported wifi issues with this device. I only saw the issue during the initial setup. I skipped wifi setup, completed the rest of the setup, then went back to add wifi without issues, and was able to update and install apps without any problems.

Affordable, handy and easy to use. Would use this for gaming for my kids and for school

The graphics are crisp. The speakers are okay & the tablet starts up reasonably quickly. The problem we had is how close the on/off button is to the volume buttons. And there is a learning curve when switching from another brand tablet.

Love it, some apps I wanted on my old one would not let me have them. So far no problem adding what I want

Works great! I don’t do too much that would drain the battery or really push its limits, but it does everything I need it to do and very user friendly.

He lives this devise! Its print is large enough he doesn’t have to stress to read articles. The man who helped set everything up was amazing!!!!

I'm excited about my new Galaxy Tab A9+ because of its size, ease of use, and reliable wi-fi connections. Playing games is fun and lifelike!

The service was just great from start to finish we bought our tv tooki t home and it had problems called them theybset up come bring us a new one and pick up the other one it was great working with them

This tablet was given as a gift, and I have had several before by other brands that just did not have the feel and ease of use that this one has. It is very responsive and meets all the demands that I personally have for it.
