Its very user friendly and i really love reading my Kindle books on it.

Cool but dies waaaaaaaay to fast says it's great for gaming and it def is not overall the experience with the device was subpar

For it to be used it is in great shape and works with no problem

This is the second one we have purchased. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. The port charger on this is crap. This was protected and treated very well, never dropped, no liquid damage, no nothing and 1 mo after warranty expired it stopped charging, just like the one before it. Spent 1 hour on the phone with Samsung who agreed to look at it, paid $10 to get it to them because there was a discrepancies in what she told me UPS woud do and what UPS actually did (shipping label vs QR code). Once it got there, it's like the conversation never happened. The didn't ever look at it and sent it back....well played Samsung. I will never buy a product from you again.

No full functioning port. Limited on downloading. Purchased for a trip to do work and for entertainment and couldn’t connect portable monitor for presentation. Also couldn’t load my hobby games after being told I could. Was a week to long to return tablet.

Bought this tablet for my daughter and its been amazing. Battery lasts within reason for usage. Lots of space and good display.

Excellent tablet for point of sale, fast and doesn't freeze. The 8GB of RAM is just right for what I use it for. I'll buy another one.

The Samsung - Galaxy Tablet is wonderful! It’s one of the best choices I’ve made in a long time. The screen is big bright and clear. The color is so bright and clear when I use it to video family functions. I have no problem when I use it for my Bible Study class. I love it.

The display is crisp and it's not real heavy, though the low battery life lets it down somewhat. I have another similar tablet that both charges quicker and runs down slower, though the display doesn't look as nice so that is an acceptable tradeoff. What isn't acceptable to me is the placement of the power button right next to the volume controls. It's really easy to accidentally hit the power button instead of volume up as they are VERY close together, infact the volume + button is closer to the power button than it is to the volume - button. How did this get past QA? It's a decent tablet for the price if you aren't bothered by the poor button placement.

I previously had a Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019), 32GB which suited my purposes. It still worked fine & carried a charge after 5 yrs. I just wanted something with more space which is the reason I opted for the A9+ versus getting a galaxy S tab. I love the A9+. t works great, speed is great for what I use it for & the price was right. The only drawback as mentioned in previous reviews is the charge cord. Why even bother putting it in there? I didn't think it was an issue when purchasing as I had plenty of ports to plug into. To my dismay none of the ports I had were USB C ports. I ended up using my old charger cable to charge my device. I would suggest to manufacturer to either provide a different type charge cord or provide a port that will work with cord provided. Other than that I would recommend this to anyone who wants a tablet that can play downloaded games, check mail & scroll social media pages.

It's a little heavy but, otherwise, a gem. Beautiful picture & sound. It handles well every ap I've thrown at it. Compliments my Samsung phone & a wonderful upgrade to my Samsung A7 tablet. The price was right, too. I highly recommend it.

A fast tablet with great screen resolution, I'm very pleased with my purchase. The tablet is very thin and I find the 11" screen perfect. I installed a 1TB micro SD easily so I have all the space I want for books, apps, games and movies. I watched a movie and was pleased with the screen color and impressed with the sound quality. Maybe I'd be even more impressed with an expensive tablet but Im practical and don't feel the need to spend $900 on something that I don't miss.

Great tablet, especially for the price. Easy to use, perfect size, highly recommend this tablet!
